Hopefully I can get this posted before some treasonous leftist judge places an injunction on both EOs.

I hate birthright citizenship but these exec orders are not worth the paper they are printed on. The universities and law firms he went after last year are all kicking his arse when they make it to court. This will meet the same fate. Change the law!

I appreciate the effort but it will be struck down by tomorrow. Only way is a constitutional amendment which has about the same chance of happening as Tboy suddenly turning heterosexual.

He should just make it so birthright citizenship to foreigners requires a $1 million tax. The Supreme Court has already decided that the Constitution doesn't matter if you call something a tax.

I get what you are saying. Boasberg and crew are in hit pursuit of their pen to sign a TRO. The scotus has ruled already. Technicalities do slow the process down though.
