I am aware of this hand slaughtering ritual that the Muslim population has. They asked the company I worked for to do so. Company said sure. You provide the labor and stay within animal welfare laws and we will do it. They politely said just package it and we will tell our costumers that it was slaughtered that way.

What you posted has some relevance but also add in the jobs that are being replaced by AI and automation. The job numbers for white collar workers are going to take a kick in the nuts quickly. Followed by that will be blue collar workers that manufacture. I can attest to this as my industry is seeing it daily.
