We need a strong physical barrier or else dems will do exactly what Biden did if they ever win back the White House.
Unfortunately, this will not change anything. They will open up the gates. Walls do not stop flights coming in that were paid for by ngo entities. They can bring them in exponentially faster and cheaper than we can remove them. This country is at a point that another democrat controlled White House means the end of the republic, period.

I was born prior to 1979. Were you? If not, I suggest reading about it.

From a cost benefit standpoint it never made sense.
This was not done as a cost point benefit. This was done as an exterminate the mother of terrorism standpoint.

That was done by the previous regime.

It is the other way around. Starving them out as we speak.

And there it is. Another dagger into the heart of someone that is insane.

China’s doctrine is reunification with Taiwan. They seem more hellbent on it than we were with Cuba.
So be it. I will say good luck China. Welcome to Vietnam, Korea, and afgan all rapped up into one. China is all about the long game. They want Taiwan but want it without the losses.

why again are we fighting israel’s wars
Because Iran has been bringing the war to us since 1979. That is being addressed rather than kicking the can down the road.

Also, China has expansion aims well beyond Taiwan. That’s the first stepping stone for them. They want the US out of their neighborhood.
Similar to us with Cuba and South America.

I would imagine there’s much more geographic benefit to the island than simply the chip factories. Also, China has expansion aims well beyond Taiwan. That’s the first stepping stone for them. They want the US out of their neighborhood.
China will not start a kinetic war with Taiwan as they will not with the US. They infiltrate from with in. Look at what is happening in the Democratic Party. Divide and conquer. They are smart and relentless.

China is inferring the US isn’t going to save Taiwan in a prolonged combat outside of providing munitions.
First of all, China does not have the resources to take that battle on at this point and time. Secondly, the Taiwan island is a geographic fort. The amount of forces and therefore losses for China to take that island would leave them in shambles. The only benefit that China has to take them is for the labs that produce chips. Guess what, we are about to make them here. Taiwan is about to be as important as Cuba.

Which country has the US been in a war with ask for reparations?
Pretty much any country that we have inflicted damage upon. They ask and we say no.

There are dark days ahead. China is watching all of this closely with an ongoing rapid military buildup.
lol ??. China is majoritly impacted by this as they depend on their energy from the ME. They want the strait opened. China also has a military that is made of paper tigers. We know it and they do too.

If I’m not mistaken, this is the first time in history we’ve had an opposing country ask for this
Dude no lol. We have had many countries ask for something similar.

The Austrian approach to the gross profit margin argument is pretty reasonable. A 20% return is a 20% return with or without inflation.
I get that but it is just not true. Taxation would have to be regulated with inflation or deflation included. Who is going to be the regulator of this and how bad would the middle class get fricked when doing so.

So you are rogertheshrubber reincarnated? The thought of Austrian economics and all of his other bs is now what you are promoting?

No it wasn’t. Not Italy, or Germany, or most of what you recognize as countries today. Germany was 25 different states when Bismarck finally united them in 1871. Italy was only a decade earlier.
Again, they were in lockstep so essentially the states made the country just like we have. The UNITED STATES. It is semantics to say other wise.
