Trump signs executive orders putting massive restrictions on birthright citizenship
What does he expect to accomplish by this? The court has ruled affirmatively already on birthright citizenship

It wouldnt take a liberal judge to strike it down. Even the most conservative district court judge in the country knows he is obligated to follow Supreme Court precedent, especially on an issue just decided by the Court a month ago.

So when do the DemCommie judges get the memo that they’re beholden to SCOTUS rulings?

Give me an example.
There are usually ways for a judge to distinguish their case from certain precedent, or to argue over statutory interpretation. But here we have a clear statement from SCOTUS on how to interpret the Constitution, and there is no wiggle room.

I looked at the EOs, and I may have bern harsh. They are mostly Constitutional, but the key aspects will be stricken.
The first EO denies birthright citizenship to children born:
1. To the children of staff members of foreign diplomats. Seems to align with SCOTUS ruling.
2. Children of members of terrorists organizations within the US. May be hard to enforce, but seems Constitutional.
3. Children born in US territories, but only if Congress acts to end birthright citizenship in the territories. This is dumb, because it acknowledges thst only Congress can do this, and Congress isnt going to do this.
4. The Children of women who fraudulently entered the US solely to give birth. Unfortunately, this is unconstitutional and wont stand. If yhe woman gets in, it appears we lose.
The second EO is directed more toward shutting down the birthright tourism industry by enforcing existing laws. Thats great, and we should do that. Keep the women out of the country if they are coming here just to give birth.

You're such a retard.

You can’t be serious. There was a judge just this week who tried to reinstate TPS status despite a clear recent ruling from SCOTUS!

Technically, yes. It would not preclude you from still being a human, but you were born on Mars and probably would have to stay there because earth's gravity would do a real number on you.

Put your money where your mouth is fig. Take some of these families and babies into your home if you think they belong here.

If you're talking about the Haitian case, the judge lifted her stay as SCOTUS provided. She just kept the litigation going.

Great news!
Terrorists and foreign enemies are not allowed birthright citizenship as per the supreme court. The executive gets to decide who the terrorists and foreign enemies are.
Smooth as pie.

I have four birth right citizens in my home already.

Yes, of course it would. Just like Elon Musk, born in South Africa, is an African.

We are not talking about diplomatic corps. Focus,
Obviously you are to much of a neophyte to be faced with how stupid of a comment you had. Putz

Typical right winger tantrum. You forgot to say something referencing gay sex and “Biden crime family.”
I get that yall hate the fact that we have a constitution that sometimes limits the impulses of your dear leader. Perhaps instead of lashing out at the constitution, reality, and me, perhaps you should not put so much of your emotional stability into propping up Trump. Trump is impulsive and corrupt. He is not the star you should follow.

I would prefer if a pregnant woman who isn't a US citizen was not allowed into the USA until after she gives birth to her child.
That would eliminate the possibility of a pregnant woman coming to the USA just to give birth to her child in the USA so her child will automatically be a US citizen.

Are you opposed to Trump trying to stop an obvious abuse of the US Constitution?
