Where is this supposed to be? It was posted too early to be Minneapolis (night time video) post-recent changes (solidified this morning)...
It appears to be a protest outside of a hotel in a suburban area. Even Minneapolis Police have been making arrests of protestors at hotels, because they're violating lots of laws there and making noise all night, That has been going on the entire time.
