IF LE removed one pistol from the person of the suspect, it does NOT logically follow that the suspect is definitely "disarmed." The suspect may have a second pistol on his person.

Logic is important. Mr. Spock advises all of us to avoid becoming overly emotional, because to do so impedes our capability to utilize our logic to solve problems.

To be overly emotional and to allow that to cloud our logic is a uniquely human attribute and weakness. Not only that, but, it is exceedingly feminine to do that.

Does anybody have any evidence pointing to a 2nd weapon at this point?

You are not thinking logically here. Read Narax's post.

Stop allowing your emotional overload to cloud your logical and rational thinking.

You want the Law to require the LE to deal with the suspect with rapidly changing legal standards? You want the "Unarmed person" standard, then switch to "Armed and dangerous suspect" legal standard once they confirm that the suspect is armed, THEN you want the legal standard to switch back to "Unarmed person" in the middle of the fight, once one weapon is detached from the possession of the criminal who is actively fighting LE.

You want the Law to compel LE to CONFIRM EXISTENCE OF A SECOND WEAPON before switching away from the legal standard of LE dealing with an Unarmed Person.

That's absurd. The Law should not require LE to engage in that kind of somersault during an active fight to subdue a violent and armed suspect.
That would be absurd.

From below video, it looks like one ICE agent saw the other agent pull the suspects gun and this freaked him out, causing him to pull his in and start shooting him the back. This then caused the other agents to jump back and start shooting also.

All started from the ice agent pulling the suspects gun.
