Same here. I respect Israel, they are fighters, and feel bad for their persecution in WW2, but I think the money we spend on these stupid wars in the Middle East that seem to get us nowhere except in major debt could be better spent on making Nuclear weapons obsolete.

I mean put some of that money into research and technology to make better defense weapons that can knock any kind of nukes out of the sky, scramble their operating systems or whatever. Set up impenetrable layers of missile defense along our coasts and in Greenland or whereever is the best strategic location. Then demonstrate to the rest of the world you are not penetrating our defenses with Missiles no matter what, and we still have the ability to turn your country into a parking lot if you wanna mess with us or our allies.

If you haven’t read your history then you lack an understanding of Hebrews and Christian Gentiles. The hatred of Jews by Muslims dates back to Joseph and Esau. Again, as far as Revelation’s covenant theology is concerned, the church is eschatological Israel: the one people of God, gathered around Israel’s Messiah from every tribe, tongue, people, and nation. The modern nation-state of Israel has no special covenant status simply by virtue of ethnicity, territory, or political existence. Like every other nation, it stands under Christ’s lordship and judgment and is called to repentance and faith in him.
