Your tone is clear that you can't debate the poster's comment. You just don't like it. This is off the top of my head, so please prove me wrong with citations, math, and facts.
One group is twice as likely to be on Medicaid, which provides needs based medical for those who can't pay for it. With the progressive tax system in the US, and the racial income disparities we hear about, that tells me one group pays the bills while the other is less likely to (generally, of course) pay income taxes.
So since this is needs based care, and is statistically more frequented by one group, it's the epitome of Marx: from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.
Isn't that what the poster said initially? Can you dispute this?

People can post whatever dumb stuff they want to. I never once said these women should or shouldn’t post themselves publicly mocking minority women. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I hope the RTs fulfill them. Alienating potential customers doesn’t seem like a wise business choice. Posting controversial content on social media in general doesn’t seem wise either, especially for business owners. People make their own beds.
