Hod forbid the idea that Trumpy actually could have screwed up..
So far it looks like we’ve really stepped in it. The most positive alternative currently available( according to all reports and the Administration
is that we return to the equivalent of the status quo agreement during the Obama administration.

But I thought the narrative was that Israel dragged us into Iraq and we fought on their behalf?

That is the narrative when it’s convenient or when they need it. But it wouldn’t at all be unusual if the same exact people had spun up a way to argue the exact opposite.

What's stopping them from doing it now? Oh yeah, they would need American air support every step of the way, including transporting their troops into Iran.

frick off with this shite. Israel needs to develop the capabilities to do these kinds of things themselves if they want them done so badly.

It’s the jootard blame everything on Israel talking point.

Israel doesn’t acknowledge the Armenian genocide to appease turkey, and Sharon’s government didnt want to publicly oppose the Iraq war to undermine the US.

If you really believe any of this lunacy you need to seek help for your condition. I mean seriously…

I am used to seeing you shill for Netanyahu and the Israel warmongers, but this is a ridiculous idea.

It might help to look at some estimated population numbers:
- 7 million Iranian Kurds
- 9 million is the population in Israel
- 90 million is the population of Iran
There is NO way the Kurds and Israelis are the majority force that allows Trump to walk into Tehran to take a victory lap, complete fantasy….

The kurds are highly unreliable sub-100 IQ people.

"sophisticated" and "kurds" in the same sentence is a disaster.

Souds like Trump made the right decision.

Imo.. it most likely went down like this.

Israel probably promised with our support, they would topple Iran in a few days. Trump agreed cause he knew he'd be able to take credit and say he freed the Persians. After it became clear that Israel wasn't going to topple Iran without us actually entering Iran and leading the way... Trump tried to find the exit ramp. Especially after gas started going up.

Trump took the shot and it just didn't pan out. Pre-iran gas prices will probably come back within a month or so.

I kind of wish he would've just dug his heels into the Greenland thing. If he got the Greenland achievement, I don't think he would have been tempted by the freed persians achievement that didn't pan out.

The Kurds are a minority faction in Iran and is the old kingdom of the Medes.

When Churchill sat down with the other two to draw up the lines of these counties, we have today, the Kurds got left out and is mainly in part of Turkey, Syria, Iraq and northern Iran.

The Kurds do not have the means to overthrow the Iranian government, nor the manpower to control the country,

Well, it’s somewhat creative, I’ll give you that. Let’s see if it’s on the board, player.

Thanks Alter, I thought everyone knew the Kurds SCREWED US on the deal, we did not nix the idea.

By far the most likely scenario.

Israel oversold and did not deliver (which makes OP's insistence of how competent they are and how we should trust them that much funnier).

Trump realized we were in a quagmire that we could not win, we were suffering real losses, and risk crashing the world economy and starving millions in the fall, so we have been at a stalemate since trying to extract ourselves in a way where we don't take a clear L.

If this scenario is true, the admin gets credit for realizing how huge of a frickup starting war with Iran was, but they don't escape criticism for starting that war.

Then you're an even bigger retard than I imagined.

One does not simply walk into Tehran.

The US as full strength would have an incredibly difficult time doing that. How do you think a smaller and inferior country like Israel could?

Trump would be walking the streets of Tehran with the new Shah

The Shah? What?

The one thing that can unite Turks, Arabs and Persians are Kurds. They really are not all that liked in their own neighborhood.
