Such a bold claim that she is using to neglect her constitutional responsibilities should be easy to prove.
Let's request FOIA for all of her courtroom records and review them.

How in the world these people are so convinced that foreigners who sneak across the US border as illegal aliens are somehow bestowed the Constitutional rights of a US citizen simply by now standing on US soil is baffling. Some of them have been deported multiple times and committed violent crimes. Its insane. Judges with no regard for the law. Just do whatever you think "feels" right. But forget about the past and future victims of their crimes (the people in your community).
