Cubbies-with respect and friendship offered-let me be another in the chorus to say IDNGASF. It is a particular grievance Proportionality Bias-a failure to weigh impact relative to scale. Tolerating imperfection requires acknowledging the imperfection, which you have. The inconsistency of some behaviors being problematic when the other side does it but tolerable or even dismissible when one's own team does it is frustrating.
