Shot sounds like it came from on top the roof nearby in one video, clear proof of conspiracy.

Probably the Moosad or maybe the Eyeranians, always stirring up trouble.

I’ve shot plenty of firearms but I don’t claim to be an expert.

The OP was alleging the bullet hole totally exonerates the shooter, I’m not sure that’s the case and I don’t think any legitimate ballistic expert would either (for either side).

We’ll see, I’m skeptical. I assume we’ll get a full investigation.

But i don't think you have any remote understanding how a bullet hole works. Dude could have been at a 45 degree angle.

looking at the picture I don't think you know much about angles and the bullet entry on the windshield

Where is it found? I know about a few people that need to see it.

On this board in several places... those are long threads and I do not have it in me to go hunting.

There IS a grainy arse one out there by @clownworld... but that one sucks, there's a better, clearer one.

Minnesota is a “duty to retreat” state. Now you’re free to think that should be replaced by “stand your ground,” but that has yet to happen and officers should be held to the same laws as citizens. Especially outside agencies.

there is a difference between retreating when you have a reasonable opportunity and being activity hit/rammed with a car. Retard.

but if it went in at a 45 degree angle it's not gonna hit the driver in the face. The arm maybe. Also, you can see in the fricking video that it wasn't at a 45 degree angle so what are you even taking about?

Shooting was justified case closed.

There’s no talking around this photo.

This photo is George Floyd’s toxicology report.

We need the resident bullet expert to explain to us.

Only one?

When Charlie Kirk was shot this board revealed itself to be populated with dozens of ballistic experts.

We will get two conflicting investigations. We will get one from Minnesota/Minneapolis, and another from DHS/FBI. It’ll be like the scarecrow on Wizard of Oz.

COULD he have just jumped out of the way? Sure.

In real-time, he has no idea what the motorist's intentions were. She could've:
a) turned left and into him and floored it
b) driven 10 yards, stopped, gotten out and opened fire
c) driven down the street, made a U-turn, and plowed into them

He had no way of knowing any of this.

Three things:
1. If he shot from the front, at that angle the bullet would have missed the driver.
2.There were three shots. Where are the other two?
3. From Title 1, U.S. DOJ Policy on Use of Force:
“Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury … and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle.”

ICE falls under the Department of Homeland Security, not DOJ.
