Try using an elliptical.
You get the same benefits, if not more since you are using your arms also, and it is no impact on the legs. I started using one when I had to quit running because of my knees.

If the rules are clearly defined, and you choose to break the rules, you pay the price.
The rules were clearly defined, he was even given a warning earlier, and he clearly decided to flaunt said rules (because they didn't apply to him), so he and his team (because of HIS selfish attitude) paid the price.
Why can you people not understand that when you enter a competition with set rules, then choose to break those rules, that there are consequences?

I believe the driver was ejected. Looks like he is up by the tracks toward the end of the video, and I think you can see him flying out of the cab when the truck spins around for the first time. Appears to be wearing a white shirt.

American Standard Champion comfort-height. Put one in our MB when we built our house 21 years ago because it could flush 27 golf balls and was taller than average.

You white knight for anything biden (obama3.0) did for 4 years when they tried to find any bullshite charge they could make up out of thin air, then when this DOJ starts to actually bring charges for legitimate crimes (up to and including sedition/treason) with tons of readily available evidence out in public plus who knows how much more that is classified, it is all suspect.
