They export almost 1.5 million+ barrels per day. That is 1.5 million at roughly 42 gallons/barrel. The average 18-wheeler can hold about 10,000 gallons.
That's about 240 barrels per truck. That is roughly 6250 trucks per day to move the oil overland and get it out of the country, much less distribute it to other nations.
Simple math proves your argument to be 100% invalid.
It would be a losing venture from the first minute.
