We have 2 sides. Trump saying the evidence was altered by dems. And dems demanding the files be released immediately. Put those 2 together and the answer should be easy.

He could have avoided all of this nonsense by not responding the way he did.

What about voter morale and motivation?
You simplistic NPCs seem to think this all boils down to only the Epstein situation.
It is an aspect of a much larger major issue that many people voted for Trump on, “fighting the deep state”.
If Trump isn’t even willing to act on an issue that the members of his administration, his son, and his VP blustered about for months, why would they believe that he will act on anything else?
They simply won’t vote.
Why vote for anyone if all of them acquiesce to the deep state?
They will simply give up.
And all of this is due to Trump’s mishandling of this single issue.
