I actually get part of what you are saying. I don’t think there is one person who can continue doing exactly what Kirk was doing.

What I think you are missing, though, is how damaging this has been for the Left in the Big Picture sense and how many normal people they have likely lost forever with it.

The aftermath THEY have created for themselves is much more disastrous for them than whatever damage you think they might have done by silencing what I agree was a vital voice for the Right.

The half dozen or so cultural Marxists and Democrats actually capable of profound thought are going to grow to hate the murderer much more than we do now.

While I understand the sentiment of the OP, what this event and media coverage did along with the groundwork setup by Charlie was now to put the focus from Charlie to Turning Point. My college daughter has been to several college events put on by Turning Point without Charlie being there. They have a host of guest speakers. So, while Charlie can no longer be a draw, I’m telling you when people now see Turning Point events they will come in large numbers. While Charlie could only be at 1 location at a time, Turning Point can put on 10 events a day. His wife is smart and she will now grow the name “Turning Point”.

The right has needed something like this for the post Trump/MAGA years. I think Turning Point will become that in 3 years when Trump goes from center stage to private golf clubs. The Republicans biggest problem since Reagan has always been they rarely unite because they all think their way is better. I think Turning Point’s huge money coffers and Republican approval will now force the Republicans to stay in line like Trump has done. The6 may become the new king makers and Erika knows this.

That is just dead wrong. It would be true probably if it were a fledgling organization. But there’s no stopping that train. It’ll be a different beast for sure. Driven by a higher calling, catalyzed by memories and honor of Charlie. But it will grow and flourish.
We’ll see what personalities rise to the top for the hands-on aspects that are the heart and soul of TPUSA.

I can understand your point but while Charlie will indeed never be replaced, those cheering his murder and thinking their side has “won” something probably don’t realize his death also unleashed a much deeper, profound sentiment in this country that they may regret for a long, long time (as it pertains to any chance they have of recapturing power and the direction of this republic).
