The military parade is the dumbest idea
of the century. Trump wants to sit in a reviewing stand and do his best impression of Kim Jung Il and/or Vladimir Putin. Maybe a little Saddam Hussein. It’s definitely not an American
thing.. we don’t need to demonstrate our strength by parading military hardware in front of a supreme leader…
It’s an embarrassment and dishonors the country and its democratic history. The founders would be rolling their eyes
and vociferous with their disapproval.
But too many of you completely misunderstand what our forebearers had in mind for the USA.:.

Not only flag day. A lot of NAACP groups are holding their Juneteenth celebrations early on June 14th or this weekend despite having the holiday next Thursday. They should just move Juneteenth like Columbus Day and observe it on the nearest Friday or Monday, instead of throwing it in the middle of the week.
