I can't disagree with that either. As China's population and economy collapse, Xi could invade Taiwan to stir up nationalism, but all that pride and bluster will go by the wayside in 6 months when the Chinese people are sitting in the dark and starving.

Seriously, they could hold out for an eternity just eating stinky tofu, root vegetables, and spices.
Frozen tofu can last 6 months or more.
China may eventually root them out, but Taiwan is far more prepared than most nations imho.

Comments like this are absolutely absurd and juvenile. If Taiwan is reduced to surviving off of root vegetables, they are finished. No food imports but they have an endless supply of expensive artillery?

I cannot understand the leaders that throw themselves into distress for no reason. China is kicking arse. Russia was flourishing as well. Throwing that out the window to “reunify” is wild.

As mentioned before, the Three Gorges Dam is not something even Xi will jeopardize in a strike against Taiwan. The Chinese people would revolt.

We need to make up our minds. Is Biden a warmonger or a pussy? He's been putting the screws to China pretty hard lately. There's no reason to think that he wouldn't defend Taiwan.

Im not saying he wouldnt defend Taiwan. he's certainly defending Ukraine with every dollar he can find. Im saying with Biden in office, our military is a joke. You think the tranny force is scaring anyone? Trump would let the fighting men handle it, while Biden would try to fight a PC war with diversity promoted mentally unstable leadership. China knows this.
