Surprise, surprise! Federal judge strikes down Trump asylum restrictions

I'm neither a lawyer nor an immigration/asylum expert, but reading the excerpts of the opinion in that article, it doesn't sound like the actual law was the basis for the decision.

The amount of legal privilege afforded to illegals immigrants makes my skin crawl

Illegal immigrants should *not* be allowed to file lawsuits in court or hire lawyers!!!!!
