Posted by RD Dawg on 2/26/21 at 12:07 pm6173
How bout sports venues?
I'd say unequivocally yes.
Yes,I know it might be a little difficult to prove but I was issued a vaccination "card"after my first shot.
Getting my 2nd today.

If your vaccine doesn’t protect you from the unvaccinated what was the point?
And why would everyone being vaccinated matter if they could still be unprotected from unvaccinated outside of the business / arena, meaning the business / arena still isn’t “Covid safe”

I might not like it, but I don't think it would be illegal.

Yes, businesses should be able to turn anyone away. If you don’t want my unvaccinated money someone else will take it.

Now how about if you're unvaccinated AND gay?
They don't let you enter the building but still have to bake you a cake?

I assume you support voter ID requirement laws?
Imagine the clown world where you need a Wuhan Flu card to enter a sporting event, but can vote without an ID.

Where is it a HIPPA violation?
Schools require proof of vaccination.

Let's ask the same question a bit differently:

Should businesses have the right to turn away those who can't prove they don't have HIV?

Private businesses should be able to serve whoever they please, so yes.
This is no different than the bakers not wanting to make a cake for a gay wedding.
