Regarding what is going on with these jurors: it is anybodies guess. Watching live today IIRC: one of the Rittenhouse lawyers or was it Legal Insurrection lawyers? Was commenting on a reporter chasing the jury limo bus.
Then minutes later the Judge popped in and proclaimed this as fact.
Also: innuendo lawyer chatter about someone tweeting they asked a defense attorney (they claimed the State lawyers were not there at the time) Say that it was stressful.
The lawyers chatter today all wondered why the judge was sitting on the motions to dismiss; while c/o the media and him reading the newspapers...
It is a hot mess. On this we can all agree. No one is emphasizing the politics that caused this kid to be painted as a racist. Nor the BLM/antifa protesting. Probably because there isn't a damned thing we can do about this hot mess.
When an entire political party and the media have already sentenced this kid-we have lost America.

I was only required to take one semester of criminal law, and my professor died mid semester. I knew I wasn’t going to practice crim so I focused purely on civil in years 2 and 3. I’ll deservedly take my lumps, but not really the law school’s fault. I will be the first to admit that I know next to nothing about criminal law at the trial level.
I only really know about evidence, 4th/5th Amendment issues, and the common stuff that comes up on appeal, not the basics of trial. Closest I’ve been to a criminal trial is showing up for traffic court. I’ve never even had jury duty that wasn’t canceled before I showed up.

This trial, done where it is, will Always result in a hung jury.
Kyle is innocent. The dems will agree but they will say we can't have anarchy so we need to put him in jail.
So they will knowingly put an innocent kid in jail because they want to take away your right to self defense. Trust the police to do it! Only thing is police don't do it.
There will not be 12 people willing to convict him. There will always be one crazy person wanting to convict him. So there will always be a hung jury.
I'm not sure if it's 6 to 6. The fact is some people would be willing to jail an 18 year old kid for 20 years to shave away a small portion of your right to defend yourself. That is what all this is about. If you can't use guns to defend yourself, well there is no reason for you to have a fun.

Since that broad asked if she could take the jury instructions home, she said "I" and not "we" when asking, I'm leaning towards it not being 6-6 but closer to 10-2 or 11-1 to acquit.

Yah that and just knowledge of Kenosha. People seem to think that it's some hard left city and it's not. Especially the white people who would be on a jury. Even if they are Democrats they wouldn't be woke to the point of denying what's plain to see.
