You would have to look at the size of her portfolio and who manages it. If we are only talks trades of this size, I am sure my portfolio manager has made quite a few of them but I would not know. If you cherry picked you could find some that makes me look like an insider. You could also cherry pick the other way to make me look like a dumbass.
Nobody is risking her career over $15k.
I don't even know whether I would like her or not. I am sure she is better than whoever the dem isw.

You don’t exactly need insider knowledge to buy META and NVIDIA
If she pumped all her money into NVIDIA in Sept 2022 that would be a huge red flag, but in June 2024 they were both already rising pretty rapidly.

Did you look at the Meta stock for the dates listed? She may have sold at a loss... broke even at best Same for Nvidea.
