Not only those things you mentioned, the U.S. could also arrest those at the destination areas who are part of the smuggling operation. But here's the deal: the destination of these boats is NOT the United States and these boats are not carrying Fentanyl.

Until I got more educated on the subject, I thought vaccine science was pretty much settled. It's not. Check out drsuzanne.net and learn more about the history of vaccinations, polio, etc..

All the fentanyl comes from Mexico... not Venezuela according to President Trump's Drug Enforcement Administration ( DEA).
I guess it's a little too difficult to get the Coast Guard to board one of these vessels and take plenty of pictures showing what they are carrying. What the U.S. is doing has nothing to do with drug smuggling.
