They're assimilating? Can you tell that because of the green white and red flag they are holding up, or is it their stated interests of the "reconquista" of the west?

Isn’t the whole point of this case to stop citizenship for people who aren’t assimilating?
It's to stop having unproductive leaches on the government tit. Never understood why you marxists loved importing the poverty mindset in america. Well, i do know, it's only for votes and power.

The point is to do it legally.
We will soon find out if popping one out on US soil is enough.

That’s her cover for voting to allow birthright citizenship.

Even the local news in Louisiana shite on her. Her swearing in ceremony was labeled by local New Orleans news as a "COVID super spreader" event because no one was masked. The very next segment they ran a glowing piece on some rioters that had burned down businesses in the Floyd protests.
Now she is one of their biggest allies. Trump is so damn stupid sometimes. He gets played by the "deep state" daily.
In Trump's defense, if ordeals such as the Kavanaugh situation and ACB harassment is not enough to harden them, what other proof can be provided?
At some point, when people at medium and high levels are receiving death threats, swat teams at their homes, assault allegations -- if they do not see the light -- that's their doing.

He had backstabbers and Deep State moles advising him in his first term. One of the biggest was his own Vice President. This is well established.

I’m prepared to be disappoint.
There is room for holding that the 14th amendment is not for BC but they probably won’t take the off ramp.

Yes I meant for the general concept.
There is a chance this does exclude birth tourism by creating a domicile standard. I agree.

Yep. I don't know who President Trump had vetting his SCOTUS candidates but they sure dropped the ball on this one.
I remember watching video of her leaving her home to move to Washington and seeing those Haitian kids tagging alone and thinking - not a good omen for sure.
It remains to be seen if we can salvage remnants of our Consitutional Republic from the ashes of the disaster people like John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett are creating.
I'll say it - this is no longer SCOTUS deliberations by accessing past SCOTUS rulings but rather an exersize in Moral Relativism.(aka bad rulings based on historic bad law)
Nevertheless, I'm not optimistic concerning a favorable ruling by this SCOTUS.
IMO the rape of America via the gouging of the taxapayers will continue.

What is wrong with adoption, in your eyes? Why would adoption not be a good omen?

However, it is obvious she is not a true conservative.
She’s showing herself to be one of those Bush-styled “compassionate conservatives”.
The wobbly type of GOP’er who spends more time worrying about offending the Left or making them too mad….than proactively fighting tooth and nail to advance conservative values.

Here is something that keeps bothering me
Assuming BRC is upheld why is it the decision wasn't released a month ago to put everything at rest
It seems pretty simple if the executive order cannot change it
If someone slow rolling the opinion is it for adult fact I'm not sure what it is and why it will be the last one done

Nothing actually. But as it applies to the rampant uncontrolled immigration (stuffed down our throats by your pal the democrats) surging across our southern border I didn't see Barret's adoption of these two Haitian kids as a good omen as it applies to sensible immigration rulings by this SCOTUS. But let's see how Barret rules on this Birthright Citizenship.
I could have asked why didn't she adopt two American black kids instead? Given that those kids are craving for stable, affirming parents as well. There's a term for my kind of thinking regarding this issue - America First.
Always America First.

True
Everyone wants the supreme court to legislate from the bench because our system is broken and sinking and we are hoping for a life vest. But this would just make it sink faster. The reality is Trump doesn’t have the authority to end birthright citizenship by EO, same as the mail in votes issue. The rulings are correct, and it’s our job as voters to stop hoping someone else gets it done and start voting out Congressmen who refuse to pass legislation we want. All of this can be fixed properly by Congress

Julia Robert’s will side with her as well he doesn’t like the “conservative” side traitors to feel alone in their treason, integrity of the courts and all.
