When Kav and Gorsuch also side with the majority today what will you say about them?

I'm just trying to figure out if it's the adoption or the race, and then what this has to do with illegal immigration.

Seems like a bunch of irrationality randomly thrown on the wall trying to create a piece of NPC Pollack artwork.

Birthright citizenship will be upheld 7-2. I think that's the most likely count.

Court will remind everyone how the Constitution works and we can fix this with an amendment to the constitution.

I believe a majority of this court thinks birthright citizenship is stupid but they are not a super legislature in place to right all wrongs. We absolutely do not want a court that works that way.

Assuming BRC is upheld why is it the decision wasn't released a month ago to put everything at rest

The establishment types aren’t necessarily “good people” but they also are not dumb, not by any measure.

There’s a psychological aspect to things we see and the timing of things.

It’s one thing to finally rid themselves of DJT, but there’s also the larger matter for them to destroy this “MAGA populist” sentiment.

Decades were spent post WWII solidifying this trans-Atlantic “New World Order” system and populism/nationalism threatens this system like nothing has before.

The coastal political elite class has never thought much of us backward, pick-up driving, flyover country rubes in the first place but they absolutely detest most of us now because we had the audacity to throw our enthusiasm and support behind outsider-DJT and “MAGA”.

The sooner the populist “MAGA” movement can be destroyed, the sooner they do not have to deal with it ever threatening the system any more.

You destroy such a movement utilizing several avenues and psychologically letting that movement build up hope only to let that hope come crashing down time and time again can be highly effective in making people eventually “give up”.

How does adoption apply to rampant uncontrolled immigration?

I'll answer that if you answer this question? What are the changes that a SCOTUS judge with two adopted Haitian children will vote against Birthright Citizenship for throngs of Chinese couples on a tourist visa?

Repeat after me.........America First......always America First

Now go play.

So, we have to pass an amendment in order to properly interpret a previously passed amendment? What a useless system.

Can we get a court that understands the English words "under the jurisdiction of?"

When you realize why Indians weren't included in the 14th amendment, the intent is obvious.

Anyone claiming the statute isn't clear is as dumb as leftists arguing the meaning of "shall not be infringed."

These are basic concepts that everyone with a room temperature IQ should understand.
