Which is why ICE is up there in the first place trying to enforce our country’s immigration laws.

Just to be clear, are you trying to use AI to argue Terry v Ohio with me?
You're definitely using it to try to argue with me.
But let's leave your fallacy of argument by authority behind. The bolded part I emphasized was the salient point. Everyone agrees that reasonable articulable suspicion is necessary for detainment, so that's irrelevant. In the case of ICE, that apparently extends to whether someone is in country illegally. You seem to think that's not the case, which is why that's the important part.
You can malign AI, but all it does is pull from what's out there. Unless you tell it to, it doesn't make anything up.
So if you doubt that part is true, link to something that supports your opinion.
I'm basing my confidence in what AI returned on the fact that I don't think there's any way that ICE could be detaining the number of people it has detained so far without legal consequences unless what they were doing is legal. There's certainly no shortage of federal judges standing by at the ready to strike down just about anything this administration proposes (sometimes with reason, sometimes without).
You've got to overcome that easily observable phenomonon.

I swear you're right up there with the dumbest of the dumb lefties on this board. Illegal aliens will continue to be removed from this country, deal with it. Those who aid them and attack federal officers will be arrested and prosecuted. None of this was even remotely controversial when democrat administrations were enforcing immigration laws.

no doubt.
The rules are much different when it comes down to fricking with someone's family..(there are none.)
The left has already established thier intent, so FO stage will be what its going to be

Truth doesn't fit into your agenda?
Ok. Here is your position. If someone drives three times over the legal limit for being drunk.. it's perfectly ok if they don't get caught? Hey! They never been caught before!
Because 100% of illegal aliens are breaking the law.

Why won't Trump do something about that?
You miss the federal judge, found after judge shopping, granting an injunction stopping this from happening from healthcare and social programs just last year?

What you bolded was completely redundant. You need reasonable suspicion of criminal activity to legally detain anyone. Being unlawfully present, by definition, is criminal activity. It does not need to be separately delineated.

Tf? When did I say that.
This isn’t complicated. RAS of criminal activity is needed to legally detain someone. By any LEO.

I’m not maligning AI, I’m maligning you. Junk in, junk out.

All of these detentions could be supported by RAS. I never once said anything ICE is doing is illegal. I simply made the correct legal assertion of what is minimally necessary to detain someone in the US. If you agree with me, what was the point of your AI response?

You Liberals don’t like to look into the mirror. Your blue haired cousins are harassing women and children because they don’t like the way ICE is doing their job. This is who you are standing up to be counting with.
Trying to change the subject to something more “palatable” for you is weak.
What do you think of Liberals harassing the wives and children of ICE agents. That’s the topic.

So, you don’t care if they harass women and children so long as there is no video proof of them entering their homes??
Got it.

Accurate. Interestingly enough, AI will completely fabricate sources and “facts.”
Was in a lecture yesterday on AI and the presenter brought up his own experience of AI fabricating an article and then citing the article. When prompted, the AI agent said that it generated the article itself.

These residents contribute over $200 million in annual state and local taxes, primarily through sales, property, and income taxes.
Now do the amounts that illegals are receiving in welfare, residence allowances, and other assorted freebies supplied by the prior administration. I’d guess that your alleged $200 million disappears with a quickness and actually turns into a substantial negative.
