I recall reading somewhere that Hindus were strong believers in reincarnation. And as I understand, in Hinduism.the absolute worst punishment a soul can suffer in the afterlife is to come back as a ..........woman.

I have no doubt. The market will sort that out in time and punish those engaging in race/caste-based nepotism, somewhat ironically to this discussion.
Promoting in-group identity at the expense of ability will lead to -EV outputs down the line. In a free market scenario, that irrationality will be punished.

In the meantime, several companies lose ground and as a country, we potentially fall behind China in some areas. IBM is a case study you can look into for evidence on how their caste system and white discrimination cause a lot of issues
