Nah, Trump is counting on the ultra hardcore supporters to shout every one down. I voted for him 3 times, and I know people that have been more fervent supporters of him since before 2016. We all think this is a shite deal.

This kind of shite gives credence to every lib calling MAGA a cult. Of course, I blame this mostly on technology creating pocket realities for everyone. These types of people are getting fed these cheerleader influencers and bot accounts reassuring them that they can deny that they're being rained on, that's just radical liberal communist propaganda from Nancy Pelosi.

It seems clear that, psychologically-speaking, Trump has huge regrets over ever starting this war and just wants to sign anything to make it all go away. But this agreement doesn't even do that because, to get Iran to sign it, it was necessary to include a lot of vague clauses that Iran can choose to interpret and apply in a way most humiliating to the US. And their reaction today makes it clear that they have every intention of rubbing our face in the sand on a daily basis, because it raises their stature by lowering ours.

The agreement also sets up this 60-day Kabuki theater of sham negotiations, which, even with likely extensions, will inevitably result in exactly zero grams of enriched uranium leaving Iran. Why should it? We lift the blockade under the deal before they agree to anything so our leverage is all gone. The full scope of this humiliation will play out in the leadup to the midterms, and if you think high gas prices hurts politically, just wait until you see the price of high gas prices + national humiliation. Trump will gradually realize this, which will inevitably result in the war starting up again anyway.

This agreement reminds me of Churchill's statement to Chamberlain after he signed the Munich agreement appeasing Hilter:

“You were given the choice between war and dishonour. You chose dishonour, and you will have war."

BREAKING: Iran says contrary to what the US claims, the now fully leaked "Memorandum of Understanding" contains no Iranian commitments to hand over nuclear stockpiles, remove equipment, shut down nuclear facilities, or even commit to not build a nuclear bomb. Instead, all nuclear issues are deferred to a 60 day period of negotiations after signing, per Fars News.

For this period to start, the US would need to accept no nuclear commitments from Iran, agree to release $100 billion of Iranian frozen assets, lift the naval blockade, lift all oil and petrochemical sanctions during the negotiation period, pay $270 billion in war reparations, and accept Hormuz under "full permanent sovereign Iranian management and authority" at pre-war traffic levels with no US presence.

Trump should just tell them to go frick themselves.

Man has become a clown. He won’t come back from this. It’s over. MAGA is dead.

Calling the relationship with Iran “professional” is ridiculous.

Trump doesn’t have the balls or brains for foreign policy. You cannot negotiate with terrorists

It’s obvious we’re not negotiating with the ones currently releasing statements in Iran

But apparently the other Arab countries see whoever we’re negotiating with as having enough power to make executive decisions on behalf of Iran

I was one of the biggest Trump supporters on this board in 2016-2024 and I no longer support him over this. He’s literally getting owned by Iran right before our eyes.

I spoke last night with President @realDonaldTrump about the memorandum of understanding to reopen the Straits of Hormuz and the upcoming negotiations toward a final agreement on Iran’s nuclear program. I expressed my deep appreciation to President Trump for his unwavering commitment to Israel’s security, including during Operation Roaring Lion and Epic Fury, when American and Israeli forces fought shoulder to shoulder against the Iranian threat. President Trump and I agreed that any final agreement with Iran must eliminate the nuclear danger. That means dismantling Iran’s nuclear enrichment sites and removing its enriched nuclear material from its territory. President Trump also reaffirmed Israel’s right to defend itself against threats on every front, including Lebanon. The partnership between us and our two countries has been proven on the battlefield and has never been stronger. My policy, like President Trump’s, remains unchanged: Iran will not have nuclear weapons.

Senior administration official says the Iran agreement will not be signed today, but indicated progress on a deal. "If the Iranians make significant accommodations on the enrichment question then we will make significant accommodations on sanctions relief,” the official said. On the nuclear issue, the current plan is to deal with the entire stockpile of enriched material. "If you have a final deal where the Iranian are enriching, then you don't have a final deal,” the official added.

If this is true, then the INITIAL memorandum of understanding needs to commit Iran to remove their nuclear dust and not enrich any more. And even then, we need to hold off on any money we send them until the dust has started to physically leave Iran.

Between Bibi’s X post and the Trey Yingst report we know a deal with Iran that meets those conditions acceptable to the United States and Israel will never be made so I hope the military is getting ready for Round 2.

seems pretty evident, there are at least 2 groups holding power in Iran. 1Those that want to kill with reckless abandon

2Those that want to live

Trump and GCC countries negotiate with group 2 to resolve the Islamic mess. Group 1 becomes more crazy. There may be a useful strategy at work here to promote separation of allegiances and set up the rebellion.

Guess if I watched the msm news with their bias I’d be more inclined to be upset right now

Haven’t seen anything official yet from my sources so the current overreaction to unofficial stuff amuses me
