Lots of panicans abound now I see.
There’s lots of possible reasons why Trump is delaying hitting them again.
War Powers Act. Need to restart the clock
Low Munitions - shooting multi million dollar missals at $500 drones
Trying to get together a middle east coalition
World optics
The blockade is still in force. It’s really damaging the Iranian economy and has lots of other secondary benefits like keeping China and Russia in check as to who really is the big dog.
Until Trump actually cuts and runs, I’m on team Trump.

There's also the possibility Trump has lost his nerve.
I think nearly losing that pilot and the huge risks involved in the rescue has gotten in his head and he's more risk averse.
Hope I'm wrong but the longer this standoff continues the more confident Iran becomes that they can outlast us.
As the calendar gets closer to July you have a real threat of world oil inventories drying up and huge price spike.

No one believesTrump. He threatens and promises and threatens again, and none of it is real. The energy shock hasn’t happened yet. Trump appears desperate to keep the shock from happening but can’t seem to get Iran to cooperate. Iran can just wait and see how the world deals with it. We have to create some real leverage or just surrender and get it over with.

Everyone needs to take a deep breath and look at the big picture. For 40+ years Iran has been begging for a beating. All the while, they’ve been getting stronger bolder and more dangerous. In the last decades they’ve gotten close to building a nuke. Cyber attacks and limited precision strikes have been adequate to delay progress. But, and this is a big but, the Iranians are not as stupid as they look. They have been tunneling miles into granite to continue their nuclear ambitions out of reach of conventional weapons.
Up until they become a nuclear power, the only real cards they hold is the ability to hold hostage a vital international shipping lane. They have zero authority to close or mine or in any way threaten shipping in international waters.
President Trump has correctly determined that a temporary closure of the international shipping lane by the terrorist state of Iran is a small price to keep nukes out of terrorists weapon arsenal.
We have unfortunately lost 13 brave men and women. Iran has lost 100s of top leaders and their entire navy and Air Force and thousands of missile launchers and munitions. Billions of IRGC monies have been seized.
President Trump is showing tremendous strength in allowing Iranian leaders ample time to make a wise decision.
It’s been 38 days of military action followed by 6-7 weeks of blockade and economic pressure. It could take longer to get a bathroom and kitchen remodel completed.
