re: Judge rules DHS breached court settlement by disabling the SAVE features

So you back that legal lion, Sparkle, who was nominated by non other than president autopen, I mean Joe Biden, on February 21, 2024?
Are you going to try and tell us Judge Sparkle's appointment wasn't politically motivated? The same Sparkle who announced, when she quit her DEI hire private practice job in February of twenty twenty one, that she denounced her firm's work in Pennsylvania on behalf of Trump, saying that one lawsuit "was brought for no other reason than to deprive poor people of the right to vote." And then in her judicial confirmation denied making the statement.
And since Judge Sparkle, who hails from that ivy league of countries, Trinidad and Tobago, where she received most of her education, there is no way Judge Wetherell's legal acumen comes close to that of Judge Sparkle.

Since that commie mamdummy thinks he is the smartest in any room he enters, I think he should personally supervise all the work.

Look at the post right above yours.
Cameras are just an easier way of doing what that poster wrote.
The second amendment was written for the people to be able to fight a rogue government. Imagine this technology in the hands of a government who has has gone totally rogue. You have been provided examples of rogue officials within our current government.

A government who has the ability to track anyone almost anywhere should be greatly feared.

Don't be an idiot, your party is off the rails.
Why don't you post your views on DU and see what they think of you.

Yea, I heard the founders considered canceling the revolution because it was a little warm in 1776.

You realize that absolutely nothing changed with the ruling yesterday, right?
If we aren't a country because of birthright citizenship, then we haven't been one for a century and a half.
No, what has changed is that before we held out a sliver of hope that we could end birthright citizenship and preserve our country and culture.
Never before has birthright citizenship been weaponized. And only in the last twenty five years has immigration been de facto weaponized as third world scum come here for fraud and freebies( my apologies to those who are tired and poor and still believe America is the land of opportunity).
The communist cadre currently being elected is the icing on the cake. To a man they all express disdain for America.
America is an idea and a beacon to the rest of the world. And if the idea is destroyed by this newest rendition of commie politicos we will quickly resemble third world shitholes around the globe. All you have to do is look at blue states and cities to see where we are headed.

That Saban didn't find out the facts and dashed off a letter is probably not true.
This reflects very poorly on Saban given the seriousness of the charges.

College football as we knew it is dead. The players are becoming, more and more, hired hands with little to no lasting connection to the school. It remains to be seen if what is taking its place has long term lasting appeal to the students and alumni of the school. In the long term, I believe the current model will squeeze out smaller schools from participating and most other sports offerings at all schools as the revenue streams are directed toward salaries for football players.
I wonder about the long term model where donors are expected to pay million dollar salaries with no monetary return. At least in the NFL, there is at least a chance of monetary return and the rising value of the franchise for the owner. Maybe ego and bragging rights will be enough for the big money alums.

So you are telling us her own brother found out she worked for the president through the news.
Boy, that sounds like they are really, really close. And whatever he says about her can be trusted.

7. Everyone, especially the esteemed government officials, knows that in the system of Wilayat Al-Faqih (Guardianship of the Jurist), the opinion and perspective of the Leader is the final word, and when informed of his definitive opinion, no official can or should act contrary to his opinion.
quote:
9. We ask the dear nation to continue their steadfast presence on the streets, and while preserving sacred unity and avoiding any action that disrupts this unity, they should not pay attention to the divisive words of some ignorant people who seek to limit this divine mission. The presence of the people is essential and decisive as long as the Supreme Leader deems it necessary.
As long as there are zealots in Iran, who believe this crap and hold any power, this will never end.

Yes, with our well developed welfare state there have to be limits. Our systems are not capable of handling the numbers. We will quickly be unable to be a force for good and will also destroy our culture and way of life in the process.
