Let's check her personal bank accounts about a year from now. I'm curious as to how much Soros, and the DNC, is paying her to act as their personal stooge
This is the way.

Something is actually worth whatever you are willing to sell it for. I have my grandfathers watch and it’s priceless to me!

Everything is on the record and can be used later to prosecute
This is why Bill Cosby was released from jail. He wanted to plead the 5th in a civil case, and the prosecutor agreed to not use anything from the civil trial in a criminal trial.

Incorrect

Which is why you’re wrong above
If you plead the 5th in a civil litigation, the court can take a negative inference from your refusal to testify. Your constitutional right not to incriminate yourself is not suspended because you’re in civil court.

Sounds like an end-run around the 5th Amendment. Not sure a judge would allow that.
Just fyi. You can plead the fifth in a civil suit

Evaluations? Really?

I got a good feeling about trusting this guy on this.

Mar-a-lago and the SOL.
Okay.
Okay.

Right, but then a judge or jury could consider your refusal to answer as possibly an admission of guilt. Pleading the 5th can't be used against you in criminal proceedings.

Liberals are insane. This is going to be more NY tax payer money wasted on an investigation and lawsuit that will lead nowhere.
Go read about the Fife Symington case. A lot of similarities between the Symington case and the Left's current war on Trump. With Symington, DOJ was able to remove a sitting governor even though in the end all of his convictions were thrown out. And even with all the convictions thrown out, Clinton pardoned him, which made it impossible for DOJ to retry.
Symington Case
An interesting note, even though Symington was a prickly Republican and picked fights with the federal gov't (once over using the National Guard to keep the Grand Canyon open during a fed gov shutdown), Symington had saved a drunk Clinton from drowning when they were college students.

And Palin.
And Greitens.
And DeLay.
The legal death of a thousand paper cuts isn’t new for the left.

Didn't she already try this one with Trump Tower? This woman is pretty incompetent.

falsifying asset evaluations to inflate their wealth
Dang -- it's a good thing I have no political dreams!
When I applied for my home construction loan, the loan officer actually did this for me... after laughing at what she thought was my low valuation.
