Letitia campaigned on getting Trump. Go on offense and sue her for prosecutorial misconduct.

Use her own campaign commercials and appearances and OWN that skank

I agree with you that it's 100% political and a witch hunt but he's tried that argument in court and lost.

She's not going to win this but she doesn't really care. She just wants the "Yaaasss queen" and "get him" comments because OMB.

A 10,000 square foot house on the beach in Palm Beach is currently listed for $62 million. How many square feet is MAL and how many acres is MAL?

There are $20 million houses for sale in Houston and Atlanta. I seriously doubt Mar-a-Lago is only worth $75 million.

Can't you include future income since it's an income producing property?

And were are the banks in all this? They are the harmed party. Not the state of New York unless New York

If someone robbed you, you would be the harmed party but the people that robbed you would be prosecuted by the state.

This isn't that difficult

Civil suit. No laws have been broken.

She's basically litigating the case on Twitter which says a lot about the credibility of the case in a real setting, like a court of law.

Following the Telecommunications Act of 1996, which completely removed ownership caps and deregulated radio broadcasting, radio stations licenses in medium and large markets were going for 10 times their actual value.

asset evaluations

Someone writing about asset valuations actually wrote asset "evaluations." Embarrassing.

quote:

The club generated annual revenues of less than $25 million dollars and should have been valued at more than, valued at about $75 million dollars.

If it truly generates $25M A YEAR, then it is worth far more than $75M. This statement alone makes her look like a lunatic.

That $500 million figure, absurd at the time that the Trump Organization proposed it, suddenly became somewhat reasonable. Real estate experts outside of Palm Beach guessed that the place was worth more than $200 million. Brokers on the island thought it could be worth far more, with the most aggressive estimate coming in at $725 million. When Forbes last valued the property in March, we went with a conservative $350 million. If Trump sold Mar-A-Lago for that amount, he’d reap a 35 times return on his original $10 million investment, making it one of the best deals of his career.

Yeah she is truly a moron if she thinks Mar-a-lago is worth only $75M. That is just a baffling assertion.

Internet says Mar-A-Lago is reported to be 62,500 SF, so $387,500,000

This is only partly about Trump. This is mostly about sending a message to anyone who dare challenge the deep state.
