This quite possibly be the cringiest ad I’ve ever seen. If anything it highlights all the reasons no one has ever paid attention to the wnba or taken the league seriously. CC is a phenomenon but how long can she maintain fan interest by herself? Outside of her they have some extremely unlikable players that do a great job of driving fans away.

You are dishonest and cowardly. Let’s analyze your continued strategy and why it FAILS any standard of rational inquiry or rules for intellectually honest discourse.

“ Relax” followed by a disingenuous statement meant to distract the reader from what you support. And then a condescending comment or insult. That’s it. That’s all you have here and all you ever have. And that’s why people HATE people like you with a volcanic intensity. Because it’s the same dishonest, smarmy, psuedo- elitist cultural condescension every single fricking day. You are an NPC , and too inside the Mattix to hear all the honest people living in the real world laughing at you.

There’s no real evidence that Alexander was a homo. That’s modern academics wish-casting its values onto reality.

Several different writers spoke of how physically affectionate he was with his Companions, (his elite calvary unit of guys his own age). It's not definitive proof but the pointed nature and frequency of the mentions do seem like a strong hint. But it's worth noting that the ancient Greeks and Roman's saw a huge difference in the "male role" and "female role" in gay sex. Playing the male role didn't make you gay, in their view.

I would think that low emotional intelligence would actually come in handy when storming a beach

I swear the emotional intelligence of this generation is so weak. I hope we don’t have to storm any beaches anytime soon.

Spreading disinformation about a young man who, at 16, studied un Aristotle, and who conquered most of the known world in less time than we've been in the 21st century - yet still died at 32 years old.

What did the Democrats say about disinformation again?

There is no sexual element to that. Having close and strong companions was a trait every man admired. Doesn't make it gay. Alexander was also married twice.

Also, there was no 'the Greeks.' There were literally hundreds of autonomous city states with different laws and customs, united only by a somewhat common language. Yes, homosexuality was tolerated in some of them, but it also garnered the death sentence in others. There were also a myriad of negative slang terms for gays especially, as you mention, the bottoms. The notion that 'ancient Greece' was some kind of gay utopia is nonsense.

Liberal academics/activists have been trying to assert that a lot of historical figures were gay, selling it by relying on the grey, incomplete accounts of history.

Progressives constantly try to gay up the ancient world to justify turning your kid into some gender neutral fig.

I recently had a chance to meet a former (and not recently former) female college basketball player in a work related incident and they don't need to be told this by Nike to believe it.

Dumb commercial is dumb. Comparing people who are good at playing a game to a person who created a language to unite the Greeks and then conquered the known world in his twenties. No wonder our country is so screwed up!

The only time I watched women's basketball was when LSU WBB was making a run for the national title. I never watch the WNBA. This commercial makes me want to even watch it less, if that is possible.

Why do gay and in general social justice people always feel the need to be up in your face? GTFO. Mind your own business.
