re: Looks like it was the Sig P320 had ADC that spooked the other agents…

I counted 4 seconds between the first shot and last. Not much time to think, just do

Sig made the 320 with basically interchangeable parts. The gun in the photo had a coyote slide with a gray AXG grip and a red dot, if memory serves. I wouldn't mix and match that slide and grip color, but to each their own. Not a major alteration, but looks weird as hell.
That's not what I was talking about. The characteristics and attributes you mention are completely irrelevant.

I’ve wondered this myself, why not simply stop and take his vitals before shooting a second time?
Then why not simply stop and take his vitals before shooting a third time?
Then why not simply stop and take his vitals before shooting a fourth time?
Then why not simply
I’ll save you the time moron

Yeah, nice screw in the trigger mechanism
I would have to rewatch the longer format of the video but I believe the screw was put in to keep the trigger from being involved in the firing. This was a big deal a few months ago because a gun went off while sitting on someone’s desk and injured or killed someone.

Because he brought a gun to a protest, that was known to discharge unintentionally. Then he purposefully gets into a scrum with ICE, and never once alerts them to the gun And guess what. It did go off. He brought it. They shot to eliminate the threat. Its what they are trained to do
The gun didn’t go off in his holster. The gun didn’t go off in his hand.
The gun went off in the hands of one of the agents. We can’t even say 100% that he didn’t fire it intentionally.
Bro shouldn’t have been doing what he was doing and he shouldn’t have done it with a gun on his person. But some blame lay with the agents in this incident.
Not a clean shoot but maybe not illegal. But procedure has been changed because of this incident.

Sigs are known for this. This model especially.
Mine has done it as well but on the P2022
Sig wouldn’t refund my money either because 2 years had passed. I literally melted the pistol afterwards.

I was referring to the quality of the video itself, which appears to me to be blurry and not at all clear. IMHO, it's blurry and maybe altered.
I was talking about the video not the pistol.

Yeah neither of those are true.
It was an airman playing with his gun when it fired and killed his friend. He said it was in the holster and fired. He lied and his now in jail
If you shove a nail to depress the trigger, what do you think it accomplishes?

Nice trigger discipline.
Is his finger on the trigger and do you know anything about the sig P320?

Because they ran out of bullets.
Sorry, should have read through.

5 guys times 2 powpows each equals 10 powpows. Typically you will get 2 body mass powpows from an officer and if you keep moving a 3rd powpow to the center of the forehead occurs.

If that Sig fired it was almost assuredly because he pulled the trigger.
Negative.
I'm a SIG guy through and through, and even carry a 320 (updated "X" model) as my EDC primary. But the OG 320s had a well documented propensity for accidental discharge. This is easily verifiable with a quick search, if you choose to actually to so.
It appears that this was a very unfortunate set of circumstances that led to this outcome. But it doesn't change the fact that it would not have ever happened if Pretty hadn't been actively engaging in obstruction federal agents in the performance of their sworn constitutional and legal duty. If he had just been protesting peacefully and not actively obstructing both foot and vehicle traffic, this man would have gone completely unnoticed and he'd probably be in bed right now with a warm meal in his belly.
Most unfortunate.

So what is more likely…
That this gun discharged on its own at the worst possible time in the history of its ownership in the world?
Or
The agent accidentally fired it with his own finger in the scuffle and getting away?
*Assuming it was actually fired.
People in this thread cannot read by the way. I said “almost assuredly” it was a trigger pull, not an accidental discharge. I didn’t say it was impossible, but which is more likely? To argue otherwise just shows that some of you will never even consider blaming the agent.

How many times has the 320 fired with a trigger pull vs an accidental discharge? Probably at least 99% of rounds through the weapon were on purpose, no?
It’s like we can’t even be rational or else they’ll take away our republican registration card around here.
