Binger really thinks Kyle used bullets he knew would travel through a person and kill more than one person with one shot. He's a frickin retard

FMJ is required for military operations by many international accords, BTW.

pretty marginal - but the only bright spot I can see for the prosecution.

Yeah but factually where is the connection?

The only theme I can deduce here is "he went out for battle with little/no understanding of his equipment or its capabilities"

Having hollow points would be worse for Kyle and indicate some kind of premeditation. Hollow points are a bullet of choice for doing damage.

The bullets Kyle had in the gun are better for his defense case.

The stupid arse ADA is trying to imply he had FMJ's because one shot can kill more than one person due to penetration.

Actually no - I keep .357 hollow points in mine - if I have to shoot, don't want the bullet going anywhere but the target.

How are they a premeditation exactly? Hollow point bullets could just be someone's preference. That's bullshite.

Guys we all by FMJ for the purpose of hitting second targets right?

Just like on Call of Duty.

I had the opposite thought. Hollow points are commonly called "self defense rounds". So if you're going there to defend yourself, why didn't use self defense rounds?

5.56/2.23 is designed to tumble and NOT penetrate past the first target.

That is irrelevant, if prosecutor wanted to question the ammo he should have called in an EXPERT and NOT testify while questioning.

But they didn't. He had 4 targets, hit 3. He did not shoot any unintended targets.

Irrelevant.

I think he was trying to get at hollow points being intended more for self defense use and being KR had FMJ loaded he wasn't looking to defend himself. Also, because he had FMJ loaded that KR was intending to cause a mass shooting by the FMJ rounds being able to travel thru multiple people..........crock of shyt

He's doing very well, but we have yet to even get to one interaction.

ETA: I'm rooting for Kyle. Just not celebrating yet is my point.
