This judge is dropping firearms knowledge . He's probably sick of watching the ADA step over his dick talking about guns.

I imagine he's a hunter.

Having hollow points would be worse for Kyle and indicate some kind of premeditation. Hollow points are a bullet of choice for doing damage.

The bullets Kyle had in the gun are better for his defense case.

bullshite.

FMJ isn't designed to "do" anything except keep the bullet together in the barrel and, secondarily, cut down on fouling (particularly) the mechanism, especially semiautomatic weapons.

Binger was touched inappropriately by an hollow point.

.223 soft points or hollow point rounds which are designed for tissue damage.

which is what you'd actually want for self defense.

Having FMJ is a bad thing for defense.

pretty marginal - but the only bright spot I can see for the prosecution.

What the frick does the function of a hollow point even matter????

It's good for Ritt b/c it's not the round choice most likely to kill an immediate target

It seems that the prosecutor is trying to say that Ritt was putting more people in danger b/c FMJ is more likely to pass through the target.

This wasn't a good 5 minutes for the prosecution
