Crump is already setting this up for a lawsuit against the white kids' families. He'll claim they were negligent by leaving him behind and if they knew he had been drinking then that makes them even more responsible for his death.
How would this have any legal legs whatsoever?

Crump is a no good race baiting piece of shite.

Seems to happen always this time of year right after high school lets out, tough young athletes forget they can’t swim & decide to jump into the deep water or go too far out & before anyone knows it they’re below the surface.
Adding racism to the equation simply to fleece a family while promising them at fortune which at most will be pennies on the dollar to what the lawyer gets is going to cost everyone.

His family is black. That means somehow, it isnt his fault, it's mine

It doesn't.
He can't swim. Got drunk. ...and then tried to swim.

Multiple people have said rip currents can be pretty dangerous and combined with heavy alcohol consumption tragedy can happen. . Doesn’t matter whitey ganged up on him and drowned him

What a shite thing to do when his friends are grieving and now being cast as racist murderers.
I hope they sue Crump/Sharpton and all involved in the false accusations so hard.

The moment someone hires this crook, I stop listening to anything that person wants me to hear.

The victim was drunk and supposedly didn't know how to swim. It's wrong what Ben Crump and Al Sharpton are trying to do these kids. The same group of people who supported Karmelo Anthony are pushing this conspiracy. They are trying to throw these kids under the bus like they did to Derek Chauvin. White kids need to learn to stop having black friends if this the way "The Culture" is going to treat you. Obviously, the official narrative could change, but I am pretty confident this was just a horrible accident.

The “talk” non-black races have to have about black fragility and black antisocial behavior is long overdue and very necessary as all other races have been forced into tolerating the bullsht.
Here is The Talk you are looking for.

There is a talk that nonblack Americans have with their kids, too. My own kids, now 19 and 16, have had it in bits and pieces as subtopics have arisen. If I were to assemble it into a single talk, it would look something like the following.

Excellent article. Well said and articulated. The only problem being it is full of facts and statistics, those have been deemed racist for a while now
The guy was smart to archive it

Tracestin Shepherd said it wasn't Wells who was featured in a viral video appearing to show several people arguing
quote:
Shepherd also addressed a viral video that has fueled online speculation. While Wells' parents believed the video showed their son involved in a confrontation, Shepherd said it was not Wells but himself in the footage. "That's the video I'm referring to, and that's me yelling," Shepherd said. Shepherd said that he returned to the mainland later that afternoon, while Wells stayed behind on Horn Island with a girl he had met that day. "He really did like her, but that was the only time they ever hung out, at Horn Island on July 4," Shepherd said.
quote:
Wells' mother, Christine Wonsley, said they tracked Nolan's cellphone after he disappeared and believe it returned to the mainland. "It was showing everywhere the phone had been. I was like, 'Well, it's showing he's back on land,'" Wonsley said.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office stated that the family has not yet turned the phone over to investigators, though their attorney has said they plan to do so.

If I was just starting out as a lawyer, I might seriously consider specializing in libel/slander. Everyone is in a race to say outlandish crap to get noticed or get clicks.

Byron Allen gave $100K.
Deuce Knight gave $600
The mom didn't look too grieving on the TV interview I saw.

What in the world. This should've been in their custody the next day.
I can't bellieve there is $1mill in gofundme.

Of course not. Her checkbook has just gotten a lot fatter in the last 10 days or so.
Like the Anthonys, these people have essentially sold their son for the proverbial 30 pieces of silver.

The donations will really slow down once the story is told.

Historically, it’s a fact; not good swimmers.
