I’m not jumping to any conclusions. Time will tell.

Who is covering the cost of a funeral at the MS Coast Convention center? Wonder if donations are picking that bill up.

They should get sued the way Bannon was over these fraudulent GoFundMe accounts.
There is zero evidence, indication, or motive for the murder theory. Zero. In fact, building out any kind of murder theory results in laughably implausible assumptions.
Crump has been promoting many false narratives.
1. The "wiped cell phone narrative" is based on nothing more than mom finding it strange that he didnt snap more that day. Crump is refusing to turn the phone over to authorities until they do their own investigation.
2. The infamous argument video was debunked by three separate witnesses including the owner of the boat it happened on and the person in the altercation. He continued to repeat this narrative anyway.
3. The pool party photo. A grainy image thought to show Wells at a pool party was identified as a party pic from late June. A subsequent online "witness hoax" was outed, even Wells' mother denied this narrative. Crump repeated it anyway.
4. The "abandoned on an island narrative". Crump continues to repeat the lie that Wells was abandoned on this island without mentioning that this friend group traveled there in several boats. The Jayvon Williams account confirmed this. Wells was surrounded by many friends and several ways to get back home.
Its shameful that you can stand before the public and make wildly damning speculations and outright lies in order to drum up donations for a fund that will ultimately pay your legal fees. This is fraud.

Tyler Perry is paying for the funeral.

If I give to the go fund me, will that count towards reparations?

How would this have any legal legs whatsoever?
I'm not saying this has legal legs at all.
All I am saying is this is what Crump is setting up, regardless of the outcome of HIS autopsy.
He'll pursue a wrongful death claim whether it was murder or just an accident.

My guess based on what I read. The 4 went out to barrier island expecting to stay for several hours. One kid realized the bilge was filling with water and they needed to go. It had only been an hour or 1 1/2 and the Black kid was having fun in a unique environment and stayed to max it out. Black kid could not swim. All the others on the island knew how to swim (assuming here). When the other 3 left no one was watching out for the black kid. At some point the black kid got in trouble with either rip tide or waves. The others there were watching for their group but no one was watching out for the kid with no group with him.

Im hoping that all of this is about extracting money from idiots with the gofundme.

I get that this is the likely play on his end, but it seems idiotic for at least a couple of reasons.
How can a wrongful death suit be pinned on any of these teens when the cops have named no specific suspects who contributed to his death?
The guy who died was 18. He was legally considered an adult. Nobody had any legal responsibility to 'stay with him' or 'make sure he got back OK.'

It wasn’t just the 4 on 1 boat.
It was 2 boats with at least 7 in this friend group.
The 2nd boat had 2 black friends one of which was bff’s with the kid that drowned.

Bringing in Crump is a little fishy, but the
totality of facts surrounding the death is
Unusual. So I’d want to get more information If I was the parent.
Most posters on this board would want to know more about what happened.

Probably pretty close to what actually happened, but I think I saw his parent say he could swim. He probably got caught in a riptide

You aren't replying to a normal human being. Anything that can be used to advance his disgusting political party's lies is open season. At least he isn't shilling for pedophiles in this thread.

How is it unusual? You never went to a bar and your friend wanted to stay? Nothing in their behavior has been unusual. What is unusual it trying to pin murder on his friends with ZERO evidence they did a single thing wrong. What is unusual is the absolute lack of emotion from the mother. What is unusual is immediately hiring a race huckster. What is unusual is hiring your own investigators IMMEDIATELY probably because you know the autopsy isn't going to reveal foul play. This screams of nothing more than using your son's death to make money. Disgusting. Even worse than Carmelo's parents using gofundme while using some of the money for their personal benefit.

I agree with both premises, but Ben Crump doesn't just drop a case or go away quietly. He's a race-baiting POS who hates white and loves green, so he's gonna squeeze that orange for every bit of juice he can.

He's batting zeros on the cases he's involved himself with. As a legal representative he's wrong 100% of the time. The only success he has is ginning up racial conflict and turning that into money for himself.
Pay attention to black posters' comments on social media posts. They believe every insane conspiracy theory, yet they completely reject any version of event that does NOT involve whites hunting down and murdering this kid with the entire white community and police covering it all up. Its bat shite crazy.
This is what Crump does.

He made money on the Trayvon Martin civil claims for sure.
