As I've noted before, Senator Kennedy, after his confirmation hearing with her, called her the dumbest judicial candidate he'd ever run across. That hearing should have been an embarrassment for the Democratic party.

She should create a motivational commercial for the masses...and depict herself as living proof, even an idiot with no gray matter whatsoever, can one day be a Supreme Court Justice.
What idiot ever nominated her for the position, anyway? Must have been an idiot, himself...oh, wait! Was it, was it..

She wrote a 35-page dissent.
I think it's safe to say "She" didn't write squat.
She just decided to be brave and oppose common logic, then had her staffers, (Who are infinitely more educated than her) come up with a 35 page explanation of why KBJ is right and the entire sane thinking world is wrong.

All progressives see is black woman (even though they can't even define woman). That's all they needed to know she was qualified.
I think it's what I call the "Brandon Syndrome" in full effect. The people who pushed Biden in 2020 knew full well that his mental faculties had declined to the point where he wasn't capable of managing a Walmart, let alone the Presidency.
But it didn't matter, because they knew he would just be a front man. A puppet. The real decision-making and the day-to-day running of the Office would be done by others, and they knew that Brandon was content to be a compliant little soldier who would go along with it.
KBJ's situation is only slightly different. She isn't senile like Biden was; just dumb and her current position is way above where she should be based on merit. But again, it doesn't matter because the people who champion her and willingly turn a blind eye to her stupidity and incompetence only care about one thing. In each and every case, she will "vote" the way they want her to. That's all that matters.
I'll say this, though. When Kagan and even Sotomayor can barely contain their contempt for how incredibly incompetent she is, that speaks volumes. They at least have an interest in judicial integrity (Kagan moreso than Sotomayor), and they are painfully aware that having a totally unqualified moron like KBJ on the Supreme Court is the equivalent of having an 80 year-old woman competing in the Miss Universe contest.

Justice KBJ: "If I steal a wallet in Japan, I am subject to Japanese laws….. in a sense, it's allegiance."
If you stole something in Japan as American citizen, they would punish you and send you on the next plane out of the country, and not subject you to endless court hearings giving you time to plant roots in their country. They treat foreign criminals like a weed, they cut it out before it takes over the entire yard.
And the answer is no. It's 'right of blood' in Japan. And in most of the other countries in the world.

We knew she was unfit for the Supreme Court when they nominated her; her record showed a clear lack of knowledge of the law and history of the law.

One thing I don't understand is this...when you are surrounded by people smarter than you the normal reaction is a feeling of intimidation. IE, if I were appointed to a committee of scientists to design a space ship to Mars I would feel very worried during the discussions that I didn't understand their analysis. But Jackson is totally confident in her logic. She's oblivious to her stupidity.
It makes perfect sense to me. As a black woman she has known nothing but extreme privilege and entitlement her entire life. She has been exempt from criticism and accountability her entire life. How else would she act on the court?
Posted on 4/2/26 at 9:39 am to L.A.
So her peers can deem her unfit becoming? Then have her removed?

She simply rules whatever way she would vote if she was a politician. In short, she believes in power not jurisprudence.
If that's the case she ought to just cast her vote without writing the long justifications that demonstrate her ignorance.

This is not her first time. There is a reason Obama appointed her.

Put her on a Live Feed in full public view taking the Bar Exam and you can bet the farm she would fail.
This is where we are.
