How can a judge allow it? Did they call Charles Manson a "good boy" during his trial?

First thing I thought of is only if the judge allows it in the courtroom.

Yea good luck with that. Not only were you not a participant, but you were in a restricted area.......with a knife.....which wasn't allowed.

I didn’t realize this fact. So he was not participating in the meet? Well that’s going to be a hurdle for the defenses.

Exactly.. that means 30.06 and 30.07 laws regarding restricted use of concealed or open carry in certain buildings or areas is now useless...

We can just carry whenever and wherever we want regardless of posted signage.

They should be required to address him by his actual name. This is strategically an attempt by the defense to get women in the jury to fall for their usual toxic empathy.

This is why I never called a certain failed politician in Texas “Beto”. His name is Robert Francis O’Rourke.

If the defense can call him "Mellow," the judge should allow the prosecution to call him "Vicious Animal."

"Prosecutors in court showed jurors surveillance footage they say tells a different story [than Anthony's defense] — [it reportedly] shows a brief confrontation between Anthony and Metcalf, not a larger group, before Anthony runs from the scene and that fight. It only lasted about four minutes."

"Jurors heard emotional testimony from Metcalf's track coach. He said that Metcalf was helping lead set-up efforts that day which basically means he was in charge of setting up the tent and equipment."

"The coach testified and said athletes don't just go under other teams tents. This is something that's understood between the athletes."

"The final jury does not include any black jurors. Prosecutors say this case has nothing to do with race and it should be decided on the facts. This trial is expected to last up to two weeks." — Brooke Taylor

Constitutional carry doesn't apply to students on public school campuses.

Stand Your Ground wouldn't apply either because he (Anthony) could have permanently left. He left, and then returned in order to stab/murder him.

Sounds like lawyer is desperate. Should plea and work on sentence to avoid max. But no publicity with that approach, wouldn’t even need a trial…

They either don’t have a leg to stand on period other than hoping for a jury nullification OR their lawyer actually thinks it will work because they got a cheap one after blowing the Go Fund Me money on new cars.

They will sacrifice KA in order to push their narrative and incite racial violence. And get some great marketing for their legal service as an added benefit. These people are evil.

Why not just call him Martin Luther King Jr or George Floyd?
Mother Theresa?

"This innocent person"?

Hell why not "The Victim"

It is quite the long jump in logic.
