No early ballot transport data for election day? What? How is that possible without some sort of fraud.

The witness on the stand has worked with Betty and will testify that she does indeed exist and works there in the elections office.
So Betty works in the elections office, which means the State's attorney lied or she does not and the witness will be lying under oath.
The witness just said she's never met Betty or spoken with her.

He sucks. They need to get him out of there. It is hard to take anything he is attempting to prove as being credible just because he seems to be oozing a sense of incompetence and lack of organization. What's the count on him referring to his witness as his client? The Lake campaign couldn't do any better than this?

Yet she stated her co-workers have and the State didn't object.

That’s an absolute lie. 14/15 randomly examined ballots were 19 inch ballots. The damn things were designed to malfunction. The designed to malfunction created the chaos necessary to disenfranchise Lake’s base and frustrate enough to depress support in a close race.
They fricking did it on purpose. There’s no way it was done inadvertently. None. And it’s worse bc they lied about it under oath.
I'm sure the dems and the McCaininites knew exactly what those 19" ballots would do.

I turned it off because it was boring. Has anything come out that is damning. More so than the whole Betty drama?

So when right wingers close voting locations and force people in population centers to wait hours in line outside to vote, the Democrats can get those elections thrown out if Republicans win?
That's news to the entire farking Republican strategy of making it difficult for voters in majority democratic areas to vote.
Cry some more, it’s delicious!
When democrats are disenfranchised because of Election Day issues, judges extend voting hours. Why was extending voting hours denied this time? Oh yeah, that’s (d)ifferent

No chain of custody.

This lady just testified that there was no chain of custody and thus no way to verify that almost 300k were legal

In a just society, that should be all that it takes to force a new vote.

While you turned it off, we found out at that Betty is black and apparently, she is from Birmingham (bam ba lam), way down in Alabam (bam ba lam).

So, do I have this right? From testimony today, they have no idea how many ballots/votes are sent out to the 2nd hand company for counting nor who has access to these boxes of ballots because there is no chain of custody kept on said boxes of ballots? So, they could have sent 10,000 ballots and 20,000 came back and they would not know?
Did I confuse that? If that is in fact the testimony...how can this stand?

Not sure on that but what I've gleaned thus far is:
1. There were 19-inch ballots used which caused problems with the tabulators because they were configured only for 20-inch ballots (so where did the 19-inch ballots come from?)
2. There were no early vote counts from the drop boxes on the day of the election (which is against the law on the CoC).
3. They do not count ballots when they initially take them from the drop boxes (which isn't illegal but I find very questionable).

Did the cyber security guy end up explaining that in copying/transposing a 19" image ballot to a 20" ballot for tabulation, the process is done by hand and consequently a vulnerability/opportunity for fraud?
