The law says that an election can be contested and thrown out if misconduct occurs. However, the judge has already ruled that she has to prove that the election misconduct cost her the election (which is not what the law says btw). She has no chance and this is just political theatre.

Did they just say that Maricopa county reported 275,000 ballots on something but they actually counted 292,000? In a race that Kari Lake lost by 17,116 votes? Did I mishear something?

That needs some follow up clarification. Did he mean the votes are not counted to see how many voted for candidate 1 and how many voted for. candidate 2, or did he mean they don't even know how many votes they sent to the center?
