Tell him its none of his business. The President invoked a law that was available to him. This wasn't a EO but a law passed by congress to give a President this power. It does not qualify for Judicial Actions.

True, someone is actually challenging the leftist SOP of running over any opposition with "the law".

Yes, how is it that it takes a matter of minutes for a judge to take this action, when people are waiting months and years for almost any other motion/ruling? I doubt he could read it in the time he took to decide on it

Funny no one said an F'ing word when Biden was flying them all in.

But Trump flies them out and all of a sudden it's a major ordeal.

These sleazy arse democrats will never learn, a landslide election and 29% approval rating be damned.

Under what Jurisdiction does this USDJ have to micromanage the Executive Branch of the federal government?

Did the plane take off from the district in which this particular judge presides?

If not then I don’t see how this Judge has jurisdiction in this matter.

The judge did exactly as they asked in their filings.

Tell OMB: he must prove he knew he was ordered about affairs of national security-- and he didn't turn around the plane as the ACLU and Democracy Forward demanded, via this crooked Judge.

A sane, nonpartisan judge would have not taken this case and attention whored the national news because OMB.

Get real. Cut the crap.

I would just put the judge and his daughter in a room with these guys from Tren de Aragua he is so intent on saving and let the judge watch what they do to his daughter. Sharing is caring as the libs say.

I believe that because I’ve followed your posting for a long time and it’s consistent.

But how do we deal with activist left wing judges who are clearly just trying to interfere with the running of the Executive Branch? There have been EOs that were plainly illegal, and I’m fine with the Judiciary ruling against the Administration, but we’ve seen Judges try to interfere with the President’s chosen people (DOGE) reviewing how Treasury is paying for things. We have in front of us now, a case in which the President has decided to revoke a visa from someone he thinks is undesirable. That seems to be a proper function of the Presidency. How do we deal with that, except to fight fire with fire?

oh yes, We will ignore if the judge actually has the power to issue any of these orders. Since you agree with him that OM is actually Bad, then he should proceed. case closed.

That seems to be a pattern in these cases. There have been so many that I can't remember, but one was filed in SDNY and ruled on by the judge before he even had time to read the entire 50+ page complaint.

Gee...it's almost as if they see that the suit is against the Trump Administration and they don't have to read, research, or even give the Trump Administration time to respond before ruling against the Trump Administration.

Your framing is bad.

The question is about the admin's reliance on certain statutory authorities and whether that is legal and Constitutional, along with the actions committed pursuant to that alleged statutory authority.

This is the role of courts.

Irrelevant if the admin is acting illegally and outside of its statutory and Constitutional authority.

This is just like Biden's admin getting slapped down for the same reasons for his student loan forgiveness plan under CARES

Give the Judge some ‘writing’ and legalisms to chew on while the issue of a single Judge imposing their political beliefs on Presidential power in regard to National Security goes to the Supreme Court and forces the cuck Robert’s to do his job.

No. You're just acting irrationally. I explained this in the sister thread

No you are the one acting irrationally. In the life of the courts there had been less than 100 nationwide injunctions. During the Trump terms there has been an equal number of nationwide injunctions. Thus you are part of the problem. You fail to have the mental fortitude and intellectual honesty to call frivolous lawsuits what they are. Enjoy being the idiotic fodder for the a system playing you!

You're talking to a lawyer and their paradigm is very different. Most of the thinking nation recognizes that the judiciary emperor has long been naked, but lawyers will be the last to admit it.

Up to 64 injunctions against Trump so far.

It is plainly lawfare.
