But how do we deal with activist left wing judges who are clearly just trying to interfere with the running of the Executive Branch?
That's a question for Congress, who have the authority grant jurisdiction and procedures to district courts.
They can strip all TROs from them or limit the jurisdiction of any such ruling, etc.
The reason why nobody is going to really push for a statutory solution is because the GOP doesn't want to give up this power, either,. especially as the Executive grows to dominate the other 2 branches.

oh yes, We will ignore if the judge actually has the power to issue any of these orders.

No you are the one acting irrationally. In the life of the courts there had been less than 100 nationwide injunctions
That is a pivot from my post about the illegals being terrible people.

This wasn't a EO but a law passed by congress to give a President this power. It does not qualify for Judicial Actions.
That’s blatantly wrong. The President could have misapplied the law, and the law itself could be invalid. I’m not arguing about this specific case, as my sympathies are with the President on this.

Better course to bring them back so WE can figure out what to do is what the judge meant.
The judge is trying to become potus.
The judge isnt potus, and therefore cant become potus.
Theres my expert legal review

a question for Congress
I already knew how it was supposed to work. I am asking how do we deal with judges who are acting in bad faith. We can’t rely on Congress, because we don’t have near the votes to impeach due to blatant partisanship. So what now? Are you suggesting that Trump should just throw up his hands and let the next four years go by with his Administration playing by the books while his opponents in Congress and the Judiciary are flouting the rules?

The judge is a St. Albans grad who went to Yale and was in skull and bones. People who never lived in this world will never understand how much of a true club it is and how much the average American is on the outside. They have lived in the ultimate bubble their entire lives and their entire lives are also an academic exercise. They don’t feel the same pain your average person does whether it be financially or socially- their high school was 80k a year. Their classmates are US and foreign diplomats kids. They are failures if they don’t go ivy. Hell if they fail in life it’s always failing up.
DC and the east coast in general is a massive club and they scratch each others backs. Always have, always will. A republican judge with the same pedigree would have made the exact same ruling

That's not what the people voted for.

Judge Boasberg, in response, ordered the Justice Department to provide the court with more information in writing by Tuesday at noon.
Trump should release a video and say "No."
Given the affiliations this judge has, Kash and Bondi should have already tapped his wires.

Please show where the Executive is acting illegally....and show your work.

Amazing that time and again no one had standing back in 2016 while an election was likely being stolen.
But now the Left instantly gets anything they want.

Under what Jurisdiction does this USDJ have to micromanage the Executive Branch of the federal government?
Did the plane take off from the district in which this particular judge presides?
If not then I don’t see how this Judge has jurisdiction in this matter.
This has been a constant with most, of not all, of the other frickery by Marxist Dem judges blocking Trump's actions.

quote:Look, this a wasted effort with you, but ...
Can ... anyone ... Please provide in writing how is it that the "ACLU "----or "Democracy Forward," was elected to run foreign and or domestic policy via a corrupt DC Judge?
The Executive Branch indisputably has the Constitutional authority to "run domestic or foreign policy," but the Judicial Branch indisputably has the Constitutional authority to determine whether the Executive is exercising that authority in a manner consistent with the law.
If some future President Dem were to decide that it is good "domestic policy" to euthanize all GOP primary voters, I suspect that you would (rightly) demand for the Judiciary to intervene.
Here, Trump is arguably violating the law in a half dozen ways. Our system provides for review of those action AND for a temporary "hold" to allow that review.
If it were YOUR ox being gored, you would agree.

quote:A TRO is typically supported by affidavit evidence, and that evidence is taken as true until it can be challenged at the subsequent hearing on a preliminary injunction.
I want to know if Judge Boasberg automatically signed off on whatever the ACLU and Democracy Forward requested in their filing without question?
So, the judge might question the applicability of any evidence provided in support of a TRO, but (generally) not its veracity. But woe be upon the lawyer who knowingly presents false evidence in support of a TRO.
