This Trump if he makes it has a real chance to effect change. After his first term he knows the players and they have thrown everything at him.

Apparently his has done a lot more research on tarrifs than people give him credit. I am encouraged.

This issue has exposed a lot of simplistic people.

I LOLd just hearing this

Rogan mentions Kamala

Trump “can you imagine her doing your show? Geez you’d have to call in the medics to revive her off the floor”. ??

he was mellow with the flagrant guys for some reason. That was his best.

I think it helped that he had an audience of 4 or 5 guys on Flagrant. Trump is a performer and the larger the crowd, the better he is.

I'm just an hour into the interview. It's interesting, I like hearing Trump just have a conversation like this.

That said, I'm not sure this moves the needle for him. The betting markets seem about flat, Trump's holding a pretty solid 63~65% the past day on Polymarket.

I’ve listened to most of the second hour of the show now and Trump eases into it better.

The stuff about fighting and Afghanistan was great.

That’s about as high as you can see for a Republican at anytime. It’s also really late to change people’s minds at this point. He’s in as good of a spot right now as he could possibly be in.

The reason why the swamp is against tariffs is because half of these folks are in the pocket of foreign interests.

They getting money from both sides. Collected taxes, embezzle said taxes, sell contacts to foreign countries. Get kick backs.

So when you pick a non politician for an appointment, they just get the go ahead and they don’t get vetted? What in the frick lol

His point was a pol has already been vetted. The conversation was about how when you take office you have thousands of appointments to make and why it’s practical to choose people who are already thoroughly vetted. If someone isn’t vetted then you have to take time to vet them during which time the position is empty.

I mean even a person with two digit iq should be able to grasp his point…yet here you are.

The most watched Rogan episode is with Elon Musk 6 years ago. It has 68 million views. I’ll bet you Trumps episode passes it up by the the time LSU and A&M finish their game tonight

You get to the White House, what's the first thing you do.

Good interview

Trump was ingratiating. He wandered a bit and Rogen kept him on message. Trump even admitted to “weaving” in his answers which he said he does on purpose.

Trumps answer to the first day in the whitehouse was annoying af as trump rambled on and on about Lincoln, the civil war etc. Rogen brought him back.

Rogen did his best to keep trump on topic. It’s hard to do.

Interesting takeaway-
Putin- trump said things to him that he can’t repeat because it’s inappropriate.
Then said he wouldn’t have invaded Ukraine because oil was at $40/bbl. That’s the key. Trump will bring down price of oil. It hamstrings Iran and Russia and he knows it.

Environmental-
Trump knows how the game works. The environmental lawyers etc interrupt progress for money. They get paid by the hour. Duh.

All in all-
Well done and favorable to trump. Camela would never do anything like this. Too unrestricted

The health discussion is great

Trump hiring RFK was great move. Trump was very candid about it. Wants him in the cabinet but does not want him involved in energy stuff because he is totally against petroleum.

Sorry that he didn’t get into the fast food stuff because trump eats a lot of it. Kinda disappointed that Rogen missed that angle
