Denver is overrated as hell in my opinion. Only visited though...never lived there though so can't give a super well informed opinion.

On the flip side California is incredible to visit.

I doubt I will be able to afford an assisted living place when my time comes around. They are already around 8k a month now.

Once you have to take care of an elderly person you realize how much of this country is trying to scam the elderly. It is awful.

I mean with Medicare there should be free wheelchair options for your mother in law as far as I know.

Is she in an assisted living facility?

At that price it is probably completely customized to the user and would not be able to resell.

Never heard of one quite that expensive but I have had people try and sell my mom 25k wheelchairs while she was basically drugged out of her mind. Amazing that that is allowed.
