Well that's stupid... there have been numerous guys over the years that have thrown well into their late 30s without having any arm issues even at throwing at high velocities... I'm convinced that Nolan Ryan or Roger Clemens could work into shape and decent set up men and Ryan is nearly 80 and Clemens his 60s. Obviously being a bit sarcastic but the reality is pitchers used to be workhorses and now we have these dressage horses.

He looks in bad shape to be honest. I realize that it’s been a while since his tenure here but when he was the HC he carried a bit of weight but he also had that “old man strength” look.

I think the initial question lends itself to self to wanting the guys who were best at LsU… not NFL.

Tied for single season LSU record with 8
2 time first team all SEC in 78 and 80.
1 time second team all SEC in 79.
Played both sides at Tioga.
Was before my time but his picture hung in the trophy cases.
After that…. Probably Aaron Epps on the basketball team.
