Seems like challenging a spot or if something was caught in bounds is useless on the game. My running back clearly was in the endzone before his knee touched which was also clearly in the endzone and they marked me down at the 1 and didn’t reverse it when I challenged. I feel like they haven’t done anything in 3 years to make the challenge system work better

I think challenge sim football video games are kinda dumb. It’s a computer. It calculates. It knows when something is either A or B. The only reason we have challenges is because of human error.

Just call it correctly in a video game.
Not too bad of a movie a few nice jump scares. Much more violent than I thought it would be.

As soon as she got in the pay phone I knew she was ordering pizza and it immediately hit me that she is about to ruin an alternate universe version of herself and kids.

My one issue with that is the Ewan that she ended up with did not go through the same things and learn the same lessons and doesn’t appreciate her nearly as much as the original one.

They are definitely going to need some counseling.

Also probably odd for New Ewan to see a picture of Old Ewan with dinosaurs and having no recollection of the events since he never lived them. In short Hathaway is emotionally attached to the Ewan that fought dinosaurs with her, not this new guy who’s probably still drinking whiskey in the garage.

Overall, I liked the movie and it gave me the same nostalgic feelings that Super 8 did… although I do believe Super 8 was a superior movie due to better child acting.

A Hall of Fame, Ring of Honor, etc. is good enough. You don’t need to retire numbers

I agree. But I also think if LSU wants to retire a number they should be able to do that and there doesn’t have to be a set of rules to dictate who does and doesn’t receive that honor. It’s not about equality or equity.

Why did we retire 20? Because LSU wanted to. Why not 9? Because LSU doesn’t want to (atleast not yet). Same with 5, 3, 7, 18, etc…

Or… we recognize that numbers were meant to be a way to indicate to event viewers who people on the field and nothing more.

Then in the small print LSU can put… we reserve the right to retire a number based on whatever criteria we see as deserving.

Leave it at that.
The original was definitely a slow burn. Curious how they’ve built off of it

Perfect. Reminds me of the old 80s and 90s movies.
Anyone have any thoughts on this. Looks entertaining but feel like it’s gotten no marketing.

JJ Abrams project.

Love the old logo in the back. I like our current LSU logos but would definitely take that throwback logo on a nice quarter zip

9-3. Nuss was bowl winner.
Getting Chuk out makes more sense from a physical aspect.

Why would they want to destroy their entire league rather than just saying? You gotta have an xy chromosome set.

Seems so simple.

This is why women shouldn’t be in power. They can’t make decisions.
It’s likely Joe gets asked this question as stupid of a question as it is. I hope he answers correctly.

The more I watch Kamu, the more I think he may be a lowkey great player. He's got a good head for this.

Kamu made one error and that was getting into it with the drag queen... there was no real need because the writing was already on the wall, there was no reward but a ton of risk.

Now, in hindsight it didn't really matter because Kamu was followed by Haley and Haley is just a bitch plain and simple so Kamu was forgotten about real quick.
Clark is such a blowhard.

Jayden was already well respected.

He burnt that down.

I ride with a DP5
A jersey retirement is also dumb...

"We are retiring Bert Jones Jersey"

Yeah no shite... we did that in 73 when he left the team... what you mean to tell me that Patrick Peterson wasn't wearing Bert Jones Jersey?!?"

If the jersey can be worn, then it just needs to be a ring of honor...

If a jersey cannot be worn then it is retired...... the number

No pressure is on Pickett. It’s a damn jersey number. It’s a way that people identify a player because it’s too hard to see the name.
Maybe. But it’s called being a man and firing her arse. She can continue to be mom. Buy her a car. Buy her a house. But tell her to shut her trap and mind her business.
Jayden was 9-3 as the starter that year. Not 10-3. Jayden sat out the bowl game.
You know who didn’t? Malik Nabors, a guy who had just as much on the line.

Frick Daniels.

NO!

Don't back down. Give Picket #5 and let him ball out. Jayden isn't some patron Saint... he won an individual trophy in a team game for a team that won 9 games and then sat out the bowl game.

Im not saying retire 9 but in reality 2019 was the most important LSU season since probably 2001. You take away 2019 and we havent won a title since 2007 havent played for one since 2011, tons of mediocre years.

Take away Daniels and instead of playing for the Cheez it Championship were playing for a weedeater in Shreveport... big difference
