re: Does Zac Taylor get fired?

outside of the QB, a few receivers, and a defensive end they have nothing.

They have routinely attempted to upgrade the offensive line and they have routinely failed. I just don't think that you get that unlucky that often which means some combination of:

Poor talent evaluation
Poor Coaching
Poor Scheme
Bad Luck

I doubt they are just unlucky when it comes to getting offensive linemen....
I tend to lean towards coaching and scheme being the worst things....

Put Payton as head coach and this team has 9-10 wins right now

Plex is just a media server... the basic program is free but you can pay for an upgraded version.

You still need content on a physical or cloud drive to be able to use Plex like everyone here is talking about...

There is a way someone could share their media server with you and sometimes at a cost.

I use to have it set up to run a couple trailers. I think plex had a way to do it natively but I can’t remember. But my attention span isn’t as long as it used to be.

we are NOT giving him all that $$$. he is not coming here. move on. LAne is looking at other Qbs.

I don’t think Underwood can demand that money.

Every team in the nation could easily tell him he doesn’t have the film to ask for that type of money.

But…. Let’s say he comes to LSU and throws go 3000 yards and 25 TDs. He’d get a junior year where he could demand a little more and would have the opportunity to go out and put on a show for what would likely be his final college season.

The money given by Michigan is a lot of money…. But if he doesn’t develop as a QB then the gravy train is over after college. Then he has to get a real job…. Or he can take less, develop and set himself up for an NFL gig and more long term money. The question is can he look to the future rather than the now.
I hope that person loses their ability to walk for such foolishness.
I maintain that if miles does not kick Perrilloux and later Mathieu off the teams he would have had multiple championships.

Perrilloux would have likely gotten us one in 2009, as our defense was much improved from the 2008 dual coordinator debacle.

Mathieu would have snuffed out yeldon’s screen. We beat bama in Death Valley then win a rematch over Florida in Atlanta and go on to win the title against a very weak Notre Dame team.

We won’t have to worry about that because they won’t win.

Georgi, Indiana, OSU, Oregon. Those are the teams I think have a real shot at winning
I’d take Underwood at LsU. I just don’t think Michigan was a fit.

Outside that, I hope that his sub par year combined with the large funds he received and his entering the portal, slows the NIL train a bit.

Hopefully these massive boosters that have legit frick you money stop making these bad investments

dont think people on this board even realize he was pretty damn bad this year.
on a team that had no offensive identity l, no skilled players, and a head coach that was a head scratcher when he got the job in the first place.

Kids get better.
Meh. It helps LSU. He can focus on fixing what we need here
Kiffin ain’t gonna sign a contract and then immediately blow it off.

No more early enrollment. Make those kids stay spring semester in high school and sign in February like the good old days.

Transfer portal doesn’t open until after spring as well. They will still have all summer to gel with a team.

A transfer requires sitting out for a season (like the old way, unless the player has already graduated and still has eligibility, like the old way)

Incoming freshman sign a two year contract to stay at the school…. Contract is null and void if the head coach accepts another job.

12 teams is fine, but ND has to join a power 5 conference.

Eliminate conference championship games and move up army-navy…. Playoffs start week that army-navy was originally on.
Yes but what if you can have great coaching and great talent…. Next year.
They should if they look like a 5 loss team.

Well he did back out of the interview after Rece Davis said they were going to ask him fair but tough questions

Why though? He was asked fair but tough questions on the runway last Sunday. Just move on and get ready to see LSU consistently in the top 5.

He’s listening to these talking heads bash lane and his decision and he’s telling them the truth.

LSU is better

Louisiana is better

That’s the truth. Nothing else.

Dang. Saban getting heated.

Putting these armchair QBs he’s working with, in their place.

Everyone on this panel except for Saban are either idiots or scared of LSU.

Newsflash. You cannot build at Ole Miss. look at their history. They have nothing in their history that makes an argument that the can be good.
It’s wild that they can’t see the difference in Kiffin not coaching Ole Miss and Sumrall coaching Tulane.

Bro…. One is an in conference rival, a permanent opponent.
That’s ok. Saban rocking a purple tie.
