Solid list. But you made a key omission. None of those folks get to go to work until these guys are done..

because when something like this is done through only an executive order, it can be undone day 1 with a new president.
First off, these are not the jobs we need back.
Second, who wants to invest billions in the US manufacturing knowing that a president in 4 years may just get rid of the tariffs and undercut what was just built.
The CHIPS act works because they were incentivized to come here and it was passed through congress. Much harder to undo, and it is much more skilled labor.

No one is building anything manufacturing jobs are out like cheap sex . It’s over period been over will never come back we are spoiled with overseas cheap prices the days of the steel mills, garment factories, it’s over we are priced out of the market big business is obligated to the share holders not the country or the Government .

I can't wait for Trump to start using Obama's "shovel ready1" mantra.

Yeah the world is truly fricking us, thats why were the richest in the world and our baws can afford more goods vs other baws.
Go look into the the rise and fall of the Roman Empire, for a starter.

Exactly. These manufacturing facilities will take years to be built and who will want to make that long term investment based on Trump's tariffs which aren't guaranteed to be there past Trump's term in office.
So we should do nothing and maintain the status quo? How will that benefit us?

We're $36 trillion in debt. Consumer debt is $18 trillion.
How much has that contributed to our ability to buy more vs having lower priced goods while our products are restricted in international markets?

Then you shouldn't have created policies to destroy the facilities we had.

No, it’s anything Trump does is the end of the world and he’s literally Hitler.
Many of these companies are very able to shift manufacturing relatively quickly.
Trump has already shown he’s more than willing to negotiate when the other sides are willing to come to the table and bring solutions. He can defer tariffs, credits, tax incentives, etc for companies that agree to move manufacturing to the US. And at the end of the day that creates good jobs for Americans.
But he’s literally Hitler, so you know.

Liberals will say anything that their TDS addled minds impulsively prompt them to say, as long as it is in opposition to Trump.

That's like a 500 lb guy saying "Diet and exercise ain't gonna help me today, so lets go to the KFC buffet and gorge ourselves."

The Golden Gate bridge and Hoover dam were done in less than 5 years.
The Empire State building took 13 months.
If we strip out a lot of dumb regulations (especially environmental) we can build factories quickly, especially on existing abandoned factory sites.

If the libs let us harvest the bounty God blessed this land with, we would have massive copper production in Arizona, lumber from Michigan, rare earths in Idaho/Montana. Everything we need is already here.
Libs are just mad that these are not the jobs they envisioned for themselves, they spent 6 figures getting their doctoral degrees in English and Gender Studies

Again, progressives do not create, they only destroy or regulate while you are trying to create, then bash you for not creating fast enough. Just worthless humans all around.

We're already short on most all of those trades. We have very low unemployment and there are more open jobs than qualified people now. That's a problem.

We're going to have to massively increase our electrical infrastructure too.
