Is it really a tie race Ted Cruz/Allred?

I'm getting a little worried on this one. I see Colin Allred ads all over the place, TV, youtube, etc. See Cruz ads occasionally.
Allred hasn't had the national publicity that Beto had and thus his views aren't exposed like Beto's was. If you don't know Allred's ideals and votes, his commercials are enticing to the dummies out there.

Are you in a population center? I haven't seen how much saturation is occurring outside city limits.

Let me answer that question with another question. Do you think there are Texans who will vote Trump and split their ballot to vote for Allred in the senate race? I don’t believe that for a second. And I don’t think Kamala is carrying Texas.

Few people fell into line with the monoparty like Ted Cruz

Cruz has a good commercial where Allred is telling a group his generation is going to tear down that "racist wall". Makes a good point that Allred is lying through his teeth about open borders.

I'm in DFW. Every other video I watch on youtube is an Allred ad.

You live in Texas? If not we don't care what you think. Voting for him on the first day of early voting.

I have to watch 10 Collin Allred ads every morning during breakfast & it is amazing how everything in them is a complete & utter LIE. They are having a debate next month & it is going to be a complete bloodbath in favor of Ted Cruz if he has even halfway decent moderators.
Allred is very limited verbally & I don’t think he will do well in a debate against one of the greatest debaters of all time in Cruz but the left will do everything they can to protect him. We are truly living in bizarro world.

I always vote by how many ads I see for a candidate.

Cruz beat Beto by 3 during the 2018 blue wave. He will win by 5+ this year.

It’s not just the number of ads; it’s the content. If you watched the Allred immigration ads, some of which feature statements from law enforcement, you’d think he was to the right of Trump on border security. I haven’t seen him defend immigration - legal or illegal. The Cruz ads try to set the record straight.

It's funny, if you look at Allred's website, it doesn't mention democrat one time.
Kinda funny, you can see clear as day that Ted Cruz is a republican/conservative. I guess Allred is afraid to let people know he's a democrat on his site.
I had to go looking because I couldn't recall if Allred was the Texas politician that changed party affiliation. Eric Johnson is the guy I was thinking of. Allred's commercials are playing A TON. I'm voting Ted, but I can see the appeal of Allred if all you paid attention to was his commercials.
His page does mention that we can't afford 6 more years of Ted Cruz. . . even though Texas has faired WAY better than most other states economically. . .

his attacks are on immigration (Cruz is a border hawk) and abortion (Cruz has nothing to do with Texas' abortion laws)
he doesn't touch on any progressive issues except for the 10 or less women that had awful abortion stories (they are tragic and i've told my rep running for TX House to address it. Nobody wants a woman to be forced to carry a baby that's already passed to term. Absolutely nobody is interpreting the law that way except Doctors that want to make it political.)
Even though Beto was a freaking clown, he at least had the audacity to admit to being a democrat running in Texas. I'll give him that.

Beto was insanely popular with the left. Much more so than Colin Allread. Cruz should win by at least 5 points.

Yes, there are. There are people in Texas that have major Ted Cruz derangement syndrome worse than TDS.
Allred has intentionally stayed out of the spotlight as a Democrat in Texas so that he would not have a media record of his far left policy agreements. He is trying to run as a no name "moderate" and many uninformed voters will fall for it.

Johnson was sounding like a republican years before he switched party.
Based dude.

Are you familiar with Texas' abortion laws? My sister is a nurse in labor and delivery at a public hospital here in DFW and she insists that doctors won't perform truly medically necessary abortions even in extreme cases. I personally don't buy it, and it's difficult to argue with her because I don't see it. I also haven't really read up on the way Texas handles medically emergent situations like those. I just don't believe any of that is logical and can't allow myself to believe that even a dead fetus can't be removed for the woman's health.

Nobody watches those debates and changes their minds. The dummies will see the nice ads for Allred and not realize they are complete lies and never even consider watching the debate.

The commercial with his wife putting their thermostat at 78 tries to make him out like a moderate, almost an independent. Even if you fall for that lie, no self-respecting Texan would vote for someone that puts their house on 78.
