Modular home mortgage

Posted by tigger4ever on 9/28/26 at 3:02 pm

In the beginning stages of financing to purchase a modular home. Already own the land it’s going to be placed on. The banker advised us to do a balloon loan with a 6.9% rate. I’ve been looking at the pros and cons of a balloon compared to a conventional loan and am not swayed either way by what I’ve read. Anyone have any advice?

Right on cue before the midterms. Was waiting on this. Of course Austin mayor pouring gas on the fire. Isn’t there a contentious governor and senate race going on.

Did the players go to the NFL camps after the NCAA made the decision to let them go back to college and play?

The only time I would advise Verge to get Al Sharpen and Ben Crump involved in anything. That would be epic.

He didn’t say some universities were telling him. He said there must be something else.

just run the 2 players in and out of the on field huddles without playing a down or just have them in time out huddles on the sidelines just to play with the haters? You know, have the commentators say can’t believe he’s going to play those players and then have to say oh they’re going back to the sidelines. Do that multiple times.

Might not be a bad idea to get kicked out of SEC. Then we can get an automatic playoff spot every year like ND.

Went to the races in Denver, or Morrison specifically several years ago. We had been to a couple at different locations. But this one topped all of them. The track was in the valley between the mountains. You talk about vibrating the body. It was called thunder in the valley for a reason. Sadly they closed the track a couple of years ago to make a subdivision or something.
