We also disagree with the courts decision about “no standing” for election fraud regarding the TX law suite.

Obama showed them all the way . What made this country great and work for so long was everyone respected all the institutions put into place . Now it means nothing they do what they want because they know NO ONE will stand up to them.

That's going to look good in the impeachment. About to learn the difference between a bureaucrat and an elected official in a constitutional republic.

Saying they disagree with SCOTUS's ruling
Not uncommon.

and will ignore it.
Don’t see this in the press release.

When the DOJ has been thoroughly politicized, yes.

It's one thing to say they won't enforce a law passed by Congress that was unenforceable from a federal level like DOMA.
IT is entirely tyrannical to say that they will allow the state of New York to ignore a decision that was coming out of SCOTUS on a bill of rights issue. Whether you would agree with the decision or not, the DOJ has an obligation to up hold it.
Taking their rationale further, if a state said it had a popular law inside the state that forbade the free exercise of Catholicism without a compelling reason as determined by statute, then the state of New York can do so without sanction from the DOJ. Given this rationale, if a law is popular but deemed unconstitutional there is no longer any recourse in the law to bother going to SCOTUS.
Ladies and gentlemen you have a tyrannical government hiding behind selective embrace of States Rights and the emasculated of the Supreme Court.

it's not like the DOJ can enforce a state law anyway.

They are saying they disagree. They do not say they will ignore it.
They simply state they will enforce laws.

They're saying they disagree with it, but you have to read into it to get that they will ignore it.
Someone get Doocy over there to ask their spokeswhatever for clarification (since he's shown he is pretty much the only one in the press pool who has the balls to ask tough questions of this administration).

The Democrat’s don’t give a frick about the Constitution, Checks and Balances, or the USSC. They only acknowledge them when they stand to benefit. If you can’t see that the Democrats (with a huge assist from their RINO brethren) have declared a war of coercion and intimidation against the American people, then you are being willfully ignorant.
With major assistance from large tech and media companies. Frick us all everyone.

Another feather in the cap of why we need the 2A.
They're just going to ignore the USSC ruling? The epdidemic is one of criminality you douche nozzles. Go after CRIMINALS not law abiding citizens carrying protection AGAINST THE frickING CRIMINALS.
Since when have CTC permit holders been a problem?

Every single major metropolitan area run by Democrats is chocked full of judges that don't enforce firearm laws

Going back to Obama, Trump and now under Biden, we see too many examples of presidents who ignore the kaw and who want to pull an end run around the Constitution.
You can’t pick and choose the laws you want to follow and remain a strong society,
This kind of stuff is a bridge too far.

This country is on a path that I see ending one of two ways, either submission or fight. How long we take to get there is the only question.
