They didn't use guns. They used the force of the power of the entire govt, DoD, and tradecraft to try to remove Trump. THAT is overturning MAGA voters, therefore an election that voted for Trump.
MAGA voters were threatened with the power of the military, fighter jets, tanks... if they dared to protest Biden. Biden ordered Lloyd Austin to search social media posts of AD military and the NG Biden ordered to protect him.
Sec Def Hegseth himself was targeted by this loyalty test as he was AD NG and called off of reporting for duty because of his known politics.
A govt that put Tulsi on the terrorist watch list. A govt that called Tulsi a Russian asset when she denounced and left the democrats and challenged HRC or any democrat.
Bottomline: they sought the most insidious way to overturn an election by using all of the govt's powers fully throttled against Trump.
ETA: I pray to God Tulsi ties in China having Obama and Biden under blackmail. And it would be clear cut treason.

Patel and Bongino, and and all of them have found out It is way easier to toss wild accusations for personal maga clout than to actually prove anything. Same with Doge, we've got massive fruad, trillions of dollars of it and everyone knows it. Not one charge, not one person jailed, this whole Obama thing was to get Gabbard, a supremely unqualified hack back in Trump's good graces, and it worked. 24 hour diversion from Epstein and Trump loves it, called her the hottest one in the room right now.

Unfortunately - the worst that can happen with Obama is to lose his status and security clearances. It is silly to even dream of convictions for treason.
It was not even the definition of treason - it was as bad as you can get, but we were not in any kind of declared wartime situation so there was no "enemy" for him to have colluded with.
Now we should be able to declare him persona non grata for ANY position of status or acclaim within the USA - he OBVIOUSLY was the primary cog in a SEDITION aimed at replacing the leadership of the USA with unelected power brokers.
He is a loathsome piece of shite who needs to be humiliated and shunned - but it does no good to accuse him of impossible charges - that just gives the opposition (primarily the media) a valid reason to disregard EVERYTHING we say. It would be like proclaiming that he is a 6-headed demon from another world ===> ignore the whole thing.
Be precise in the things we believe - and have the data to support. Don't let the media play word-games with what we say.
